Calabogie Pearl Lakeside Chalet is the chalet for a couple's romantic getaway, friends hangout, a family getaway, a fishing trip or a ski retreat. The Lakeside Chalet is a rustic and cozy year round cottage on Black Donald Lake and is 10 minutes from the Ski Hill. It is close to walking trails, Eagles Nest lookout and a short drive to Calabogie Motor Sports. The chalet is newly renovated (2020) with a brand new upstairs and is equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, a sunroom deck and a TV room with a 47 inch TV. It also has a wrap-around deck with a covered portion for outdoor dining and a BBQ grill all facing the beautiful Black Donald Lake. The chalet is heated by a furnace for all year comfort, but also has a wood stove for added ambiance and coziness. It is located on Black Donald Lake, on the water's edge with a panoramic view of the lake. It has western exposure with the most astounding sunsets. It sleeps up to 6 people ( maximum 4 adults ) in one bedroom with a queen size bed on the second floor and two small bedrooms on the main floor, each with double over double built-in bunk beds. (4 double beds). There is also a pull out sofa bed in the sunroom/ living room.
Ideal for 2 adults, 2 or 3 kids, 2 couples or group of 4 friends.
We may rent up to 6 persons, including 4 adults, conditions apply.
Our 5 person Nordic Spa Hot tub maybe available at an additional cost of $50 per night or $300 per week. Ask about it. It is not available in the summer.
Guests supply their own bed linens, towels, food and personal items. This chalet is private but can be rented with the neighboring larger chalet (150 feet away) to accommodate large groups.
The chalet is right by the lake and is accessed by a set of stairs from the parking lot.

| the perfect cottage for a weekend get away. My boyfriend and I rented this cottage for a weekend in January as a little get away. With all the snow, it was harder to use the outside area, but we enjoyed our stay and decided to come back for the May 24 long weekend. Vernon was a great host, very attentive when needed, but the cottage was essentially ready to go when we got there. Looking forward to enjoying the cottage and the amazing property in the warmer weather!!

| A very enjoyable stay. The owners were wonderful; very helpful; checking in to ensure everything was ok and answering any questions we had. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It is compact but just fine for our family of 4 adults, or a family with kids. The waterfront is excellent for swimming or boating, and the views from the cottage were fabulous.

| My family spent a week at the cottage noted above. We had a wonderful time using the private dock, canoe and kayak provided. Our kids particularly enjoyed the water trampoline and the private fire pit for nighttime campfires. While the kitchen is dated, it has all the necessary amenities to cook and prepare meals. The cottage itself has an overall warm, rustic feel to it that we were quickly able to get comfortable in. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom and living room are newly renovated with a stunning view of the lake. If you are looking for a quiet getaway on a beautiful lakefront property, I recommend this chalet.
