Our private entrance is the gateway to a soothng retreat, nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Almaguin Highlands. Less than a three-hour drive from the GTA, a world of peace and luxury awaits you.
We have Nine Luxury Villas Tailored to Your Needs
Our villas are designed to offer luxury and relaxation. Each villa is 2,700 square feet with 19-foot-high ceilings. Rent one for you and your family, or rent multiple adjacent villas to host a large group or event.
These villas front the Magnetewan River on one side and beautiful Perry Lake on the other, so regardless of which villa you choose, you?ll be treated to spectacular water views.
? Villas 1-4: Ideal for families or group retreats.
The primary bedroom on the top floor boasts two Hilton queen beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. A stylish loft room offers an additional Hilton queen bed leading to a private second-story patio.
On the main floor, another bedroom with a Hilton queen bed is complemented by the main bathroom. The lower level houses two more Hilton queen beds in a recreation room.
Note: There is no bathroom on the lower level.
? Villas 5-9: Perfect for larger groups.
The top-floor primary bedroom features a Hilton King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The main floor houses another bedroom with a Hilton queen bed and the main bathroom. The lower level offers two Hilton Queen beds and an open recreation room.
All villas offer:

? Personal BBQs on a private back deck (propane refills not included).
? A cozy fire pit and dock.
? Comfortable accommodations for 6-8 guests.
? Main-floor accessibility suitable for those preferring minimal stairs.
? Access to 3 private patios, a private dock, shared canoes, kayaks, private fire pits, and beach access.
Amenities for Your Pleasure
? Recreation: Enjoy volleyball, canoeing, kayaking, and row boating. Stand-up paddle board rentals are available at a cost of $30/day. Life jackets are mandatory (please bring your own), and children under 12 must be supervised.
? Sauna: A treat for the senses. Please reserve during booking.
? Fire-pits: Located lakeside for each villa. You're welcome to bring firewood or purchase it on-site for $20 ? please pre-arrange your order while booking.
? Barbecue: Propane refills are available at Fetterley?s gas station nearby.
Note; Beach towels are not provided ? please bring your own.

? Our resort places high importance on the safety and well-being of guests and staff. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the property.
? Any additional amenities (including motor boat rentals) can be booked before arrival.
? Parking is complimentary. Please avoid parking on grass areas.
Check-In & Check-Out Procedures
Check-In:
? Our host will contact you within 24 hours of your arrival to provide all necessary information including the door code, and answer any questions.
? Check-in starts at 4 pm. Early check-in may be available for a small fee.

Check-Out:
? We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and organization of our villas. Out of respect for our space and future guests, we'd appreciate it if you left the villa in a similar state to how you found it.
