The PROPERTY:
A 2,700+ s.f. 5 bedroom waterfront home on about an acre of land with a 720 s.f. deck. 120' hardwoods stand tall to cooling shade on hot summer days or as you enjoy the night sky around the fire-pit. Enjoy café and scones on deck, the lower water edge deck, or on the dock. Walk out on the sand about 250 ft before you will have to swim. Wonder at the constantly changing waterfront with swans, bald eagles, osprey, ibis, herons, and cloud formations and sunsets.
