The cozy main level consists of three bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with laundry. Upstairs is a true open concept that offers amazing views! This level offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed that gives you access to the 2nd level deck. This outdoor seating area offers a heavy gauged table, chairs as well as a BBQ.
This cottage is ideal for a summer vacations and is also available for short term rentals in the off season.

PLAGE ACADIE INFORMATION: This small beach is ideal for young kids to play in the sand while a parent is having a nap at the cottage. It is not ideal for swimming since the sand can be a bit muddy. But keep in mind that within 20 minutes you can be at the Dunes of Bouctouche (12 km sand dune that extends out into the ocean and surrounds Bouctouche Bay. There is an Eco-Centre and a lookout tower)
