This renovated Muskoka Cottage and boathouse is located on Peninsula Lake, in between Lake of Bays and Huntsville, minutes from Deerhurst Resort and Hidden Valley Ski Hill. Less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Huntsville and 7 mins from the town of Dwight.

This updated cottage is over 2000 sq feet, with an additional 1000 sq feet of boathouse living. It's a 4 season, 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom cottage with multiple larged tiered decks, a huge dock with deep water for boat docking and a shallow water entry on one side of the property with a firepit and small beach area. Ample parking. Ideal for all, especially young families as the third upstairs bedroom currently hosts a Double bed but can be converted to a nursery complete with crib and changing table for extra fee.

In the Summer, a water trampoline with slide and walk the plank, kayaks and water toys are included in the rental. The Spring and Fall offer incredible colours and hiking in Algonquin park. In the winter, tobaggan hills and skating are at your footsteps.

The open concept main floor looks straight onto the lake with floor to cieling windows and doors and our two decks have topless glass railings for unobstructed water views. The main floor living area is compact yet highly functionable with a living room, kitchen and dining room, guestroom, full washroom and laundry with small mudroom. The dining table seats 10 and the island bar has four counter stools.
