Open June through Sept.
Patio/fire pit close to water on level lot; canoe; 2 kayaks; pedal boat; a variety of sizes of life jackets; blow-up toys and a swing lounge.
This sandy bottom, crystal clear lake has excellent swimming with two shallow entry points via a set of stairs on each side of the dock ramp that is perfect for young children and adults alike, and has deeper water just beyond the dock. Many guests have caught good size fish right off the dock!
Note: Eel's Lake (No eels! Lake is named after Chief Eel :0)) is on the Trent-Severne Waterway offering clean fresh water - water level is deep at the end of the dock until approximately mid-August when the water begins to lower revealing a good sandy beach on the shoreline for small children to play.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms plus a bunkie. It has a screened in porch with a dining set for having dinner in the fresh air with a beautiful view of the lake, or for playing cards or board games away from the tv and activities in the living room. It also has an open deck area with a large umbrella to relax and watch the kids play, watch the activity at the patio/fire pit, or view the waves and sunset.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a George Foreman grill, crock pot, Insta pot, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
The living room has a TV with DVD player and a large selection of DVD's, a stereo, and a good collection of games for rainy days.
