Located in a rural residential area approximately two hours north of Toronto, in Tiny Township A short drive to Awenda and surrounded by the natural beauty of the region including the spectacular Georgian Bay beaches and sunset views Our cottage is not waterfront - however we have a semi-private beach, shared with locals, on Georgian Bay a short walk away (less than 5 minutes) in addition to the spectacular public beaches within Awenda Provincial Park and Tiny Township that guests may access ************************ The cottage is accessible year-round and includes all of the luxuries needed to enjoy the cottage life, both indoors and outdoors: including state of the art Bell Fiber internet for all guests' devices, streams, and remote work-from-cottage requirements, in comfort with central heating/ air conditioning, an emergency back-up generator, and an outdoor hot tub
We strive to provide our guests with the most pleasant & luxurious vacation home experience: use of all household items, appliances, and amenities - including kitchen supplies, towels, linens and bedding are provided
** Outside, our cottage features a large fully fenced in backyard, a deck with a NEW *outdoor* Samsung state-of-the-art 55 inch QLED television (seasonal) & seating area, a Napoleon Firepit table, a Broil King flagship natural gas BBQ (with rotisserie) and a landscaped firepit with Muskoka chairs for those beautiful summer nights
A strategically placed and professionally maintained outdoor hot tub with a lounger seat in view of the fire pit ensures the ultimate in relaxation. The hot tub is in operation year-round. *Seasonally* a large folding/tilting umbrella maintains the cozy and intimate atmosphere and provides guests with the utmost comfort
Inside, guests will find a welcome station with a bounty of local and regional tourism information and literature upon entry
There are four TVs total, with Bell TV and streaming services on all TVs - including the dedicated outdoor TV on the rear deck. Guests can enjoy live TV, or use streaming services, (Ultra HD 4K content) including:

The main floor includes the living room with TV and sound system, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms (king and queen size beds), and a full washroom. The master bedroom has a TV that guests can enjoy while in bed
The basement includes a TV entertainment area, with an Apple TV 4K, a PlayStation 4, a gas fireplace, a billiards table, and a foosball table. A mixed-use spare room here also includes a bunk bed - suitable for adults, twin over double beds
Our cottage is perfect for couples or single families, up to six (6) people. Sleeping accommodations are in the three bedrooms, (King, Queen, and Bunk Bed- Twin over Double)
Guests are welcome to enjoy our beautiful beach access (see photos) that is less than a five (5) minute walk away. The beach is crystal clear on Georgian Bay waters
Our cottage is pet-friendly. We love dogs and allow your fur baby to accompany you during your stay. We ask guests to inform us if bringing their dog and to ensure that they are clean, well-behaved and house trained.

For recreation, there are bicycles, an outdoor basketball net, a portable volleyball/badminton kit, and a variety of other indoor/outdoor games available for guests' enjoyment including: drinking games, lawn games, card games, board games, jumbo-sized Jenga and jumbo sized Connect 4 (*seasonal)
The cottage is approximately 25-35 minutes away from the popular Tiny Township beaches, should guests wish to explore the beaches in that area:

Everything in the house is very well thought out and do comfortable. You have all the essentials needed and so much more which added to our experience. The whole family loved your place!
The deeded beach access was close enough for us to enjoy the day at the beach without having to deal with the roads and you left us with everything we needed for outdoor and beach fun.
