4-season, newly built lakefront bungalow cottage in the heart of the Muskokas. House is very bright with a large, wraparound deck, brand new dock and high speed Internet. Surrounded by 2,300+ acres of crown land off a private road, enjoy this beautiful retreat with modern amenities. Popular activities include skating, snowmobiling, tobogganing, snowshoeing and skiing in winter; boating, fishing, swimming, hiking in the summer. Boats and firewood on site as well indoor activities and smart TV.

15 min drive to Rosseau.

Cottage was exactly as shown in pictures, cozy, clean and modern with a warm cabin vibe as well. Quiet area with many trails will leave you wanting to explore more. Amenities and everything included in cottage was more than enough! Owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would book again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage and would highly recommend it. Host was amazing and super responsive. The house itself was beautiful, bright, clean and modern with all the amenities. We loved the peaceful tranquility of Little Long Lake and the beautiful views. Amazing access to snowmobiling trails. We will definitely book again.
