It is located on idyllic and the much- coveted Smith's Bay about a mile across the water from Waupoos, known for its wines, goat cheese at Fifth Town and the great views from the Cider House. THE COTTAGE: The 3 bedroom cottage is tucked into an acre of treed property. Windows everywhere! Water views abound. Smith's Bay in front, to your right Prince Edward Bay and Waupoos Island. Can you imagine looking out your kitchen window and still seeing water? BEACH Cove cottage, with its knotty pine vaulted ceiling is also a ROMANTIC GETAWAY. The warm interior was done by HGTV. The custom-made solid wood doors add finishing touches to this beautiful space. The FAMILY ROOM has comfortable cognac leather couches and a cozy wood- burning fireplace. The kitchen is stellar. The roomy bedrooms offer a private place for rest or reading. RAINY DAY?
The 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, etc, and loads of board games are available for your enjoyment. The harvest table in the kitchen is perfect for games night.
Your wrap- around deck from the kitchen and family room with an outside dining table for six, a fire pit, a large waterside deck overlooking the beach and a beach platform ensure being on the water has never been easier.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your water toys and fishing gear, your snorkel, mask and fins, and discover what many miss - the mysteries of underwater. Bring your bikes, your life jackets, your beach towels, your sunscreen and sun glasses, sun hats, your favourite plastic beverage containers for the waterfront ?we provide the setting just waiting for you to complete the painting!
We offer a canoe, a paddle board, and 2 kayaks for your water fun. We also have games and books for you to enjoy.
A Liability Release must be received by the owners before occupancy.
INTERACTION:
We live close by and are ready if you need us for any reason. We believe in giving our guests the solitude and privacy they need. We are quickly available at your request for anything you may need.
NEIGHBOURS:
Dream Cove is in a beautiful forested area accessed by private road and maintained by the residents. There is no public access to this quiet enclave. Please be respectful of the 25km speed and our little paradise. Boat traffic on Smith's Bay is minimal. Sandbanks Provincial Park is just 25 minutes away and a SEASON'S PASS is provided for your use.
GETTING AROUND:
Walking, Biking or Driving are the best transports depending on your time restrictions and your destination. There are many places to hike. Ask us.
Walk down Morrison Point Rd. and just around the corner see the goats and pick up fresh farm eggs and fresh County honey. Farther along you will see black faced sheep and the beautiful Norwegian Fjord horses just before the red barn. This breed is one of the oldest known to man. Closer to the end you can pick up organic produce at Vicki's Veggies. The Black River Cheese Factory is at the end of the road. Enjoy, butter tarts, ice cream cones and an incredible selection of cheeses.

| The cottage was spacious and beautiful. We had a fabulous time, the young kids loved the shallow beach and had fun trying out the canoe, kayak, and paddle board that were provided. We loved watching the sunsets every evening and seeing all sorts of birds. The amenities were provided with the cottage which was helpful for us (not having to bring so much). Marnie and Brock were very friendly and wonderful hosts.

| We had a great time at this cottage. Marnie and Brock were wonderful hosts and made themselves available when we needed them. They also had many suggestions for activities nearby. Pictures are accurate and everything is as described. The private beachfront was so perfect- loved the sandy beach and shallow clean water for our young kids (1 and 3.5). After visiting busy sandbanks for the day it was so nice to come back to a private beach space. We enjoyed the water sports that were available, and Marnie even brought over more toys for our kids to play with. We had a few bonfires throughout our stay, was able to enjoy the outdoor patio to have lunch, used the bbq a lot and watched incredible sunsets. There were beautiful Herons and Swans we saw swim by regularly. It was also a great area for the kids to explore nature. It was a special week of celebrations for our family and we had a great time creating memories and visiting the county!

| This is truly the dream cottage You are looking for. The private Beach is everything the pics show and more. The water is perfect for everyone and especially kids. Perfect Sandy bottom! Huge Sandy Clean Beach! The views are amazing. The wildlife is so Beautiful from the Blue Herons, white Herons, Beautiful Swans. Marni and Brock provided all the amenities, we used the Kayaks, Canoe and the Paddleboard. Perfect setting for a fire. The cottage is very spacious and those window views are simply amazing. You will not be disappointed. The worse part was having to leave!

| Just returned from 2 weeks of peace and tranquility at Dream Cove. Cottage is spacious, very well-appointed, with lots of windows looking out at the fabulous view all around, while also letting lovely breezes in. Quiet, private beach with spectacular sunsets. Amazing to watch the flocks of birds as they were migrating, and see the family of swans make their way gracefully across the bay each day. Brock & Marnie were the perfect hosts; very respectful of our privacy but close by if we needed anything and happy to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back!
