The Cove on Belmont is located on beautiful Belmont Lake in Havelock, Ontario. The main cottage features 4 bedrooms upstairs with a ½ bath. Enjoy waking up to an exceptional view of the lake from the master suite. The main living room has a large TV with a wood burning fireplace and flows into the dining room for a complete entertainment area. The updated kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances with a gas stove for those guests that enjoy cooking. A full, newly completed bathroom on the main level features a vanity with double sinks and a substantial tile shower. A large laundry room with new front load washer and dryer will allow you and your guests to have all the amenities of home while enjoying your vacation. This spacious and open concept main floor is perfect to entertain and provides guests with stunning views of the lake.
The cottage is situated in a quiet, northern facing bay, giving guests both eastern and western exposure. The cottage features its own private beach with a sandy walk out to a shallow bay. Perfect for families with young children and playing games in the water. A private dock gives guests room to dock their own boats. Please inquire about our fishing boats. The level lawn and expansive 120ft frontage leaves luxurious space for people to enjoy outside. Canoes, kayaks and a firepit are available for guests to enjoy.
