| We had a lovely time at Bob's cottage. The lake was great, warm and not too bus. We enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe provided. The Bunkie close to the lake was great for lunches on the deck, keeping drinks cold and retreating from the sun on the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/plates etc and there were multiple spare propane tanks for the BBQ provided. This is a great space to share with a couple of families or a multi generational group.

| Great family cottage! We came with our family and extended family and had a blast. The lake is clean and safe. Lots of water toys. Lots of chairs and a great fire pit for bonfire at night. The kitchen is super clean and very well equipped. Great fridge size and great kitchen island for all of us to hang around to play games at night! Washrooms are very clean and newly renovated, it's like being home away from home. Overall amazing experience!! Thank you Bob for making this place very welcoming.

| Great Muskoka Experience! The cottage is beautiful, well maintained and so clean. Enjoyed the privacy and generous space of the property. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room for everyone. The lake was beautiful, clean and warm. We spent most of the week on the dock and cabana area. Lots of activities for the water including kayaks and a canoe. Spent many evenings around the firepit relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The kids loved having a grass area to throw around the baseball. The cottage itself is fully equipped ? especially the kitchen, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Loved having the large island to play games. Tons of seating for meals indoors and outdoors. Bob was very responsive and available for any questions. Would definitely book it again!

| We arrived at Bob's cottage for the long weekend on Feb 18th for 3 nights. The check-in was very simple and the cottage was gorgeous. The living room was everyone's favourite place. We were 8 adults and fit easily in the cottage. The outside cottage was closed for the winters due to the amount of snow the area gets, would have been a beautiful view to stay there. The lake is shallow so it was absolutely frozen and people were snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, while we went walking on it. Absolute stunning view. The street has deers crossing in the morning and evening- such an amazing sight to see. Bob was very helpful and answered all our queries immediately and provided guidance where required. The kitchen is well equipped, so bring your food and you can start cooking. He has an empty cupboard for storing food, which was very helpful. Checkout was very easy as well and Bob was very accomodating to allow us some extra time to throw the trash and load our cars to leave. The security deposit came within a couple of days post-cleaning and inspection. The only suggestion I would give is to clear the patio of the main cottage for the guests. That would have been the cherry on top. An overall very memorable trip and an absolutely stunning cottage! Pictures honestly don't do it justice. It's gorgeous!

| We arrived to Bob's cottage as the cleaners were finishing up, nice to walk into a fresh and clean place. The cottage was fantastic, plenty of space for the 11 of us, the extra 1 bedroom cottage really does make a difference. Water was warm with a cool undercurrent, only disappointment was the fishing, but with the heat we had and it being a relatively shallow lake, no surprise. The only thing that would have been helpful was some type of shade at the dock, 35+ all week with clear skies was toasty to say the least. Ample parking, all the accessories you need, pretty much bring your food and clothes and enjoy!
