This cottage was fully renovated in 2020 and is now ready for your vacation! This large, open concept, four-bedroom has a ton of space to relax and enjoy yourself both inside and out. When you rent this cottage you get the benefit of having two places in one! It is setup like a duplex and features two connected and equally sized units (one upstairs and one downstairs) each with their own kitchen, bathroom, living room (each with smart TVs), two bedrooms and even laundry, making it the ideal rental for two families to have their own space but share a vacation! Located up the hill in the Mitchell Heights area of Port Stanley, this place is just a short (but steep) 5 minute walk to the beautiful waters at Erie Rest Beach. This part of Port Stanley is special and different than the main beach area. It is quiet, peaceful and secluded. The beautiful treed, and fenced in backyard gives you space to play and enjoy nature with a birds eye view of the lake. Deer often visit in the morning, and you can even see a variety of birds (including Baltimore Orioles) throughout the spring and summer! The restaurants and shops of beautiful Port Stanley are only a short and scenic 20-minute walk away. This cottage is the best of both worlds, and we know that you will love your stay here! The cottage is professionally cleaned between guest visits. All surfaces and bed linens are disinfected (that will kill Covid-19). We recommend having a total of 8 people maximum for your stay. Extra people over 8 will be charged $25 per person per night.
This is a smoke free and pet free cottage. All housewares are included in both kitchens. All towels and linens are provided, but please bring your own pillows. Toilet paper and paper towel are provided too. Two parking spots. Wifi included!
This cottage is not in the party area of Port Stanley, and renters must be respectful of the neighbours and families around the cottage. Also, this is our family cottage so we ask that you respect it like you would your own.

| Our experience renting this cottage was once again exceptional. The kitchen was even more well equipped than the previous summer which was appreciated. The cottage was clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the deer didn't make a stop in our backyard this year, but we did see them by the back door! The views of the lake were lovely and we had a terrific camp fire where we indulged in way too many marshmallows! Bill and Kayley were receptive and prompt with any questions. I would highly recommend this cottage! Thank you for another terrific week in Port Stanley.

| We had such a great time at the cottage! Bill and Kayley were always quick to answer questions, and the cottage was clean and comfortable. You have everything you need for a great stay. The area is also very close to the beach while still feeling like you're not cramped by neighbours. Would definitely recommend!!

| We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage?.we found it to be very clean and well-equipped. It is so spacious and nicely furnished. I loved the beach-theme aqua accents throughout. It was great to have two kitchens, bathrooms, etc., and washer & dryer x2....amazing! We enjoyed the deck and backyard, especially playing games with a gorgeous view of the lake! It had everything you could ask for including AC, Wifi, Netflix. Bill was very helpful whenever we had questions. We would love to come back again!

| We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to rent this lovely cottage. Bill is a wonderful host. Spacious rooms, all the amenities you could ask for, comfortable beds and amazing views. The neighbourhood was lovely (as are the neighbours!) and so peaceful! We have rented several cottages in Port Stanley over the years but this is by far our favourite! We hope to make this an annual rental!
