5 bedroom cottage, near one of the most beautiful sandy beach in Ontario. Large back yard, spacious patio, finished basement, ping pong table, netflix etc. Beach offers amazing sunset viewing and miles for walking. Near a lot of attraction in midland, Blue Mountains etc. ** Min 7 night rental June-Aug, Saturday check in/ out**
The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub and 1 shower)
Gorgeous sandy beach is just 150m away. There is large decks, a roofed dinning area outside, gas and charcoal BBQ for your grilling pleasure!

TV with Netflix and general internet access for evening movie or rainy day entertainment.

The beach has beautiful soft sand with a sunset. Ideal for children due to shallow water many meters in-lake. You can walk for miles along the beach.
Awend Park makes a great excursion as well as Midland and Penetanguishene. Check out Emlvale Jungle Zoo, Tiny Marsh, Saint Marie Among the Hurons, Martyr's Shrine, Rounds Ranch and Lepage Fish Sales for some amazing fresh fish for your BBQing pleasure. Wasaga beach (just a few minute drive away) as a hip beach scene, night entertainment etc. Christian Island, accessible by a ferry is an Indian reserve and offers a few unique beaches as well.

RENTAL LENGHT
During the summer months, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, min 7 day stay. For long weekends and holidays, minimum 3 night booking.
FAMILIES ONLY
The place is in a quiet neighborhood so not suitable for laud groups/parties. We rent exclusively to families and typically limit to 8 adults + children - please contact us in you have larger group or more adults and you want to discuss an exception. The location is a quiet area with neighbors that live and work there, therefore the place it absolutely not suitable for parties and large groups of friends. Suitable for family getaways only.
The kitchen is fully equipped - pots and pans, plates, utensils, cups, glasses etc.
For bathroom has toilet paper, hair dryer soap. Please bring you own towels and personal essentials.
For the bedrooms, please bring you own sheets, blankets, towels etc. Just bare mattresses are provided. However, bedding service (all sheets, blankets etc) is available at request for a fee.
