Bookings shall be confirmed when an agreement is executed by both parties and a $500 security deposit and 50% of the total payment 90 days in advance of the booking date at a minimum. The balance shall be due and payable 30 days prior to the first day of the rental period (payable by e-Transfer). The security deposit is non-refundable 30 days in advance of occupancy date. Balance of remaining payment is due 30 days in advance of occupancy date. 50% of total payment (excluding security deposit which is non- refundable after 30 days) is refundable 14 days prior to occupancy and 100% is non-refundable within seven days prior to occupancy. Any cancellation made by the Renters must be in writing to the Company. If the agreement is fully executed and there is less than 90 days before the commencement date of the vacation, the total payment is due and only upon receipt of it will the confirmation of rental be confirmed.
