Our 4 Season A-Frame Vacation Rental is located in the Spruce Sands area, approximately 12 minutes North of Gimli and one hour from Winnipeg's North Perimeter. It is situated on a 0.3-acre treed lot, with lots of parking. We are only 210 steps to Lake Winnipeg, where you can enjoy a beautiful, secluded beach, one of many in the area. No matter if it's a summer beach day or a full day of winter activities, you can relax around a campfire in the back yard under the starry sky. Inside you will enjoy all the comforts of home with our A-Frame's bright 2000 sq ft open floor plan. Share memorable culinary experiences with family and friends by cooking in a fully equipped deluxe kitchen. This main hub of the cottage is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and large apron farm sink. There is plenty of storage for longer stays with a second fridge located in the pantry. You will discover the kitchen has all the conveniences of home including a wine cooler, reverse osmosis drinking water, Keurig carafe and single cup brewer, coffee grinder, Nutribullet blender, emulsifier, and crock pot to name a few. At the very heart of that hub is the 7ft quartz island which provides ample prep place for any meal creation. Its the perfect place for casual meals or gathering for drinks and appies. If you are looking for a sit-down dinner, there is a large family size dining table. The luxurious loft bedroom with ensuite has a large electric fireplace and dormer windows that provide spectacular sunsets.
Located on the main floor there are 2 other bedrooms with large windows where you can lay in bed and look at the moon and stars. All bedrooms have 10-inch memory foam mattresses, hotel quality sheets, comforters and pillows.
On the main floor there is one main bathroom with tub/shower and another bathroom which includes a shower plus a washer and dryer.
The sunroom at the back of the A-Frame is south facing and has many windows and a patio door leading to a future wrap around deck. The sunroom has a 55 in TV, electric fireplace and a large sectional sofa bed so when you are not exploring the great outdoors, you can curl up inside with a fire to watch a movie or read a book.
Our A-Frame has High speed Starlink Wifi, Chromecast, Google home, security system and an electronic door lock for contactless entry. Our professional cleaner ensures the cottage is thoroughly cleaned between renters.

| Spent a wonderful week at the A Frame. Words cannot describe or express what a great place this is to stay in. Great layout, all the amenities you could ask for, well stocked kitchen, beds are very comfortable and most importantly Kim and Lisa are the perfect hosts. Very available, very kind and loads of fun. | 1500 characters is simply not enough to even begin to explain how amazing this place is. From the first moment of contact right up until after our stay, Lisa and Kim were so unbelievably accommodating. The hospitality these two ladies provide is absolutely phenomenal. Not only is this the cleanest, trendiest, and coziest place we've ever stayed, every single detail you can think of, was covered. From the bathrobes and slippers to the lemons and coffee, all the little touches made our family feel so at home.
The beds were all hotel quality, so comfortable. The kitchen had every appliance and tool you could think of, making it so easy to enjoy a meal as we would at home. The endless smart devices made every room fun for all ages with music, movies and more. They even had a large selection of games. Everything about the outdoor setting made the experience even more enjoyable. From the cute bar set up around the BBQ, to the cozy outdoor furniture and fireplace. We were constantly impressed time and time again.
These two went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for us. So far above, that they even helped us out by arranging a grooming appointment for our dog and taking her. They even tried to make boat rental arrangements for us after hearing the bad news that ours had broke down right before our stay. Far beyond our expectations of what the hosts would be. We 100% recommend staying here and will for sure be back again. Thank you Lisa and Kim.
