Oasis on Beaver Lake

Head east on Hwy 401 to Napanee then north on Hwy 41 and you've arrived at Beaver Lake. Yes, it's that easy to find your little piece of paradise! And Beaver Lake View can be your home while you enjoy the water and explore the area.

Easily accessed off the highway yet far enough away to miss any traffic noise, the cottage faces East so enjoys great sunshine and beautiful sunset views from the dock. The water at the shoreline is shallow with a sand and gravel lakebed so it's good for wading out to deeper water for swimming.

Dock is 35 feet long , with boat launch 2 cottages over. Great bass and pike fishing

Relax on the deck with a book or sit on the porch with your family...stones throw to the water. You'll probably just enjoy sitting on the end of the dock, dangling a rod in the water and enjoying the view across the lake.

Inside the cottage you will find a comfortable space kitchen, dining and living areas and sliding doors onto the deck. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are off a hallway to the rear of the cottage, plus powder bathroom off 1st living area. There's a great space in the cottage to have your own space or stay together.

This cottage has great amenities, 2 TV's VCR / DVD player with tons of movie selections, Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer, so there is not much you'll miss from home.

The local area is delightful, rolling hills reminiscent of the English countryside, with charming villages just waiting to see, Grocery store, homemade bread and buns everyday, LCBO 5 min drive located in Tamworth ON.
