| We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful and family-friendly home! Everything was clean, new and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and the large raised deck that provided a tranquil place for a morning coffee! Steve's in-person greeting and walk through upon arrival was such a nice touch and Amanda was always so responsive via text. Fish off the dock at nearby Riley Lake for bass and sunfish or take the canoe out to the various points, all nicely laid out in their guidebook. We certainly recommend Amanda and Steve's home and we will be looking at returning!

| We absolutely loved our stay here. Extremely clean and tidy, nice large open living area. Felt just like home. Amanda and Steve were very welcoming, it was very nice having a meet and greet upon arrival and Amanda was a text away of needed. Being a former chef I really appreciated the kitchen. Well equipped, sharp knives, large work space, and best of all a gas range. Made cooking and prep very enjoyable. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio. Overlooking granite rock and the forest, was very quiet and peaceful. Due to the time of year mosquitoes were pretty bad, but with the provided Thermocell for the most part they left is alone up there. If going to the grass you'll want to make sure to put on some big spray. The cottage is in a great location, within a 30 min drive to Washago, Gravenhurst, and Bracebridge. We made sure to take advantage of this and grab lunch on a dog friendly patio at a couple of the local breweries. We've stayed at a handful of cottages throughout the years and Muskoka Pines is by far my favorite. We're hoping to make it back next year!

| We had a lovely stay!! The cottage was just like home and had everything we needed. Was super clean and big enough for all of us. And we really loved that we were able to bring our dog!! The owner provided lots of info on things near by to do and we loved the privacy!! Also, the ping pong table was so much fun!! The only downfall at all is that it is about 20 minutes to town so depending on what you're doing you need to take that into consideration

| Amanda and Steve's place was clean, spacious, fresh, and accommodated our every need. The large dining table was great for our family meals, as well as for our puzzles and boardgames that were on the go throughout our stay. The outdoor porch was the perfect spot for reading a book or enjoying a hot or cold beverage. Having access to a SMART TV was a plus. If you have a subscription to Netflix, Prime, etc., this will come in handy on days when the weather is not ideal. The Muskoka Pines Lodge was a tranquil getaway that had something to offer all ages in our family. We would definitely be inclined to rent again in the future. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

| Beautiful, serene, private. This practically brand new cottage on the gateway to muskoka is a treasure. Every modern amenity and beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly need and then some. The outdoor porch saw us spend every afternoon and morning coffee on. We watched the birds and just soaked up the trees and absolute silence. Within a short drive you can be in Washago or Gravenhurst and beyond. Perfect base for seeing Muskoka. Amanda and Steve couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Partly because of the time of year and humidity the deer flies were pretty thick but being up on the porch they never bothered us. We will definitely be coming back. A fall colour week would be spectacular. Don't hesitate. Book this cottage. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed.
