Prior to sending a request, please take note of our minimum nights' stay under the rates section for various seasons. We cannot accomodate any weekend only stays and high season (June to September has a 4 night minimum). Please also indicate the breed and age of any pet (1 max) as there are some family allergies and we use this space as well when it's not rented out. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lakeside at your footsteps, this fully renovated granny suite space has been completed and no detail has been spared. Code lock on door for contactless entry, big screen TV to chill and watch Netflix with high speed internet or take a hot bath in the full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary comforts, and the BBQ is perfect for when it's too hot to cook indoors. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after pedal boating round the lake, suntanning, fishing or dock jump swimming in the deeper parts. Take in the countryside living with sights and sounds of bullfrogs, turtles, beavers, various aviary and of course, some great fishing! Our fire pit will finish the night with some smores and perhaps a few adult beverages (pls check first for any fire bans). You'll have the entire private space indoors and out right from check in. Although we live on site, we have our own space totally separate and do not interact with our guests at all, unless we pass each other coming in/ out of the driveway.
The 2 generously sized bedrooms have more than enough space for people and luggage with full sized closets and dressers.
There is a pedal boat to use, however, no pdfs are supplied. Please bring the appropriate size for each guest in your group.

Kayaks *might be* available to rent from our neighbour at a cost of $10 per kayak per day. Must inquire in advance and bring your own PEDs. Dock jump swimming is available. There is seaweed in the lake but if you row out towards the middle where it is deeper, you can jump with no weeds. As we are in the rural setting, there are no sidewalks on our street and no fence between neighbours. + VIEW MORE - COLLAPSE Note: Our infamous restaurant The Old Marina is widely popular for serving up the best fish and chips in the tri-cities and I can attest to that! There's the McClintock water skiing school at the larger Puslinch Lake.

| Daniel was very responsive to all our needs. The rental is clean and quaint. Comfortable with all amenities that you might need. Pictures present exactly as what you'll find in the rental.
We were only there one night for a family celebration that was held close by and Daniel's place was perfect.

| Kasa Kosecki is an absolutely beautiful place with a lot to do. We fished, kayaked, went out on the peddle boat daily and did some sight seeing.
The cottage is very spacious with a beautiful warm atmosphere.
We will definitely be back!

| Everything about our stay at Kasa Kosecki was perfect from the beautiful, modern cottage to the lovely scenery, nature and hot-tub right outside your back door. The owners were very kind, offering firewood and dropping off supplies like extra garbage bags in case we needed them. The kitchen also came fully prepped and even included some basic items such as oatmeal, coffee and tea.
I will definitely be returning in future years!

| The property was absolutely gorgeous with its own lake view and walk out doc. We had a great time and everything was easily accessible, private, and cleanly. The owners were great asking us if we needed anything and even dropped off oven mitts they forgot. Sometimes it's the little things like that. The price was amazing and well worth it and we're excited to come back again .
