Enjoy a summer week or weekend away in this bright 5-bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage perfect for family gatherings. Relish in the stunning sunsets on the brand new docks, breathe in the crisp air by the outdoor fire-pit, sit and soak in the hot tub, or get lost in a good book inside - this Skyline getaway will quickly become your new happy place.
Lake Cecebe/Lake Ahmic is located a short 2.5 hours from Toronto and 25 minutes north of Huntsville, Muskoka. The property is easy to get to, off the main highway. This is not a city style main highway and is not traffic heavy. The cottage faces South-West which provides all-day sun exposure as well as has a large over-sized deck on the rear of the house, facing beautiful lake Cecebe.
A short 10-minute drive gets you to the downtown area of Burks Falls where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, a gas station, and a convenience store. A short 10-minute drive in the opposite direction gets you to a beautiful public beach, children's playground, and a small mom/pop grocery store in the town of Magnetawan.
3 bedrooms have king size beds, 2 of the bedrooms have a ceiling fans. This is an air conditioned cottage with a whole home air exchanger system. 1 of the bedrooms has a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top). There are 2 queen size pull out sofa beds. The last bedroom has a queen size bed.
The large spacious family room with high ceilings looks out to the backyard and out onto Lake Cecebe. A massive 75" Ultra-HD television with over 2500 channels, movies on demand, Netflix, and Amazon prime will keep you entertained indoors. The sofa beds are also available here.
Stay connected! High Speed internet is available at the cottage! Speeds are around 100MBPS on a Star Link connection.
You will find a well stocked kitchen with cutlery available as well a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
The cottage is on a well water system- the water is tested regularly and is safe for drinking. There is multi-stage water filter fitted with a water softener.
The cottage also is on a septic system so we ask that you be mindful of this.
On one of the decks, you will find a brand new 7 burner BBQ with a steal sear burner for the perfect steak sear. Perfect for outdoor dining with family and friends! The second deck is a private deck leading out from the master. Here you will find a brand new 6 person hot tub and a heated outdoor shower to rinse off with.

If you enjoy off-roading activities with ATV's & side by sides, the town of Magnetawan allows for off-road vehicles on municipal roads. You will be at the trails right across the road! The snowmobile trail runs parallel to the cottage touching its boundaries.
Feel safe and secure. The entire outside of the property has CCTV cameras, and has 24 hour live monitoring services.
There is no garbage pickup at this property. Any and all garbage & recycling must be disposed of at the city dump sites. Details will be provided.
The solar heated outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off any sand or dirt before entering the hot tub or heading back inside.

| We had a large group that stayed at this cottage for a week. The cottage was clean and has a beautiful spot on the lake . Some of the highlights were the Hottub, large dock and the beach which our kids used for the whole stay.
While the cottage is not huge, they make a good use of the available space with the family room and kitchen being quite spacious. The 3 king size beds were also very much appreciated by our group.
Sarbjit and the property manger Mike were very helpful and attentive hosts. We're definitely looking forward to returning!

| We found this cottage place to be very clean and well equipped! Our family had a great time on the beach, in the water, on the slide the mat, fishing from the dock and riding the water crafts. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped, and there is lots of space for sitting both inside and out. Loved the hot tub and the gazebo by the water. We would like to come back next summer!

| Our family enjoyed a beautiful week at the cottage! The cottage was very clean and well-equipped to comfortably accommodate a large group with young children. We thoroughly enjoyed all the water activities including the kayak and pedal boat. The sandy beach and nice shallow water was perfect for the younger children!!!! The owner Sarbjit was very helpful and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

| We stayed for 6 nights in early August. The owner called me personally to discuss any questions I had prior to booking. She was very pleasant and helpful. Responses by email were done in a relatively good timeframe. We arrived to a clean cottage, but it is close to a highway, which we were concerned about however it was not a problem. Noise was minimal. When we pulled up our first thought was negative because the cottage looked tiny, however once you enter it, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Sitting area was excellent. Walls were a bit damaged but clean and just in need of a good paint job. Bedrooms were great, especially when you're blessed with 3 king size beds!! What a treat! So much space to choose your sleeping arrangements. Basement was roomy except for the low beams. No problems at all with plumbing. Pool table small but fun. Outside is nice. Hot tub was a treat! Beach sand is nice and you can walk into lake easily with nice sand. Dock was exceptional. Slide is fun for small life but too shallow below for diving or big kids. There was ample outdoor activities and everything was in great condition.
My only comments for improvement include:
1. Adding some tables to living room
2. Maybe a few more want blankets
3. Add a couple mirrors in bedrooms for getting ready
