The vacation rental is a two storey waterfront house on Rondeau bay in the village of Erieau.
This spacious rental boasts five bedrooms with 3 queen beds, a double with a single bunk on top and single bunk beds. (Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, both bunk beds on second floor. First floor two bedrooms with queen beds)
Main floor has two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, kitchen, dining table for 10 and large sun room.
Upstairs has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, bar area with full fridge, living room and balcony.
Outside there is a covered patio, dock, fire pit, barbecue, stairs to safely walk down to private beach.
Fresh clean linens are always provided.
Renting Fiday to Friday. Check in at 4:30. Check out at 10.

| I highly recommend this cottage! We stayed here one week for our family vacation. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Inside is large and very well equipped. Outside has everything you need for a great day of swimming, boating, dining and a lovely camp fire later. There's so many amenities within walking distance, or a short drive to Blenheim. Ann was wonderful to work with! I hope we can return for another stay in the future!

| We booked this resort for our annual sports team get together! The cottage is immaculate! We loved our stay and there was everything available in the cottage for us. There is not a single thing that you would need on a cottage vacation and was not available. Hosts Ann and Adam were really helpful and checked with us on arrival and departure. Excellent, worth every penny!! Awesome views.

| We spent the last week at the cottage and had an amazing time. This is an annual trip for us and we usually change up the location. Erieau was a great place to be, we enjoyed having restaurants and the LCBO just a short walk away and grocery stores nearby in Blenheim.
Waking up to the breathtaking view of Rondeau Bay was my favourite part of every day. The cottage was comfortable and spacious for our ten people and incredibly well-equipped. We didn't have to pack as much as usual since bedding and towels were supplied, and we probably still over-packed.
Outside, there was lots of space for games, like our annual cornhole tournament, and for relaxing in the hammock or the comfortable gravity chairs provided. We spent our days on the water (on floaties, paddle boards and kayaks that we brought) and our nights either by the fire or playing games at the huge dining table. It was a neat experience to be able to paddle out of the bay into Erie. We also got to experience some beautiful sunsets. Any neighbours we met were friendly, we even had some cheering us on in our paddleboard races (lol).
Overall we had an awesome time. Ann was easy to communicate with and we had no problems. If we ever return to the same cottage twice, perhaps this will be the one :)

| We always enjoy our time at this gem of a property. The location is perfect for fishermen, boaters and beach lovers. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, beautiful and has everything we needed for our large party. The owners are wonderful to deal with. We had a great week!

| This cottage is absolutely wonderful. Very beautiful views from the dock with enough room to comfortably fit large groups. View from the upper floor is spectacular and cottage is equipped with everything you need. Ann and Adam are very quick to respond and amazing with any questions/responses. Our entire group all agreed that it is a cottage we would return to! Thanks for having us
