Welcome to 24 Fairholme Lake! Charming 2 bedroom waterfront cottage that can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages. Family-friendly property with level land and gentle sand entry into the water. A beautiful quiet lake to swim, boat, fish, kayak, and explore. Savor the view while sitting on the generous size dock or the screened-in 10' x 30' deck that includes a picnic table and conversation set. Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Single over double bunk Sun Room / Sitting Area - Day bed with trundle

Garbage Removal is Renters Responsibility. Charges apply for any garbage or recycling left on site

| This cottage is phenominal! The scenery is breathtaking and every little detail in this cottage has been thought of. Only clothes and food needed and thd rest is taken care of. Our 3 young boys LOVED the bunkie and the cottage itself is nice and spacious. The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax while being able to take in the scenery and watch the kids play. Tom, the owner is very accommodating and kind. Prompt with responding to any questions and very kind. I would recommend this cottage to anyone in any walk of life.

| My family had a wonderful vacation in mid-July. Lots of time spent in the water - what a treat to have a walk-in entry and a floating dock to jump! Boats and outdoor games for use kept everyone busy and entertained. The owner, Thomas, was exceptional with his communication, always prompt to respond to any questions. The inside was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Highly recommended and we hope to return!

| My family and I had a nice stay at this cottage. The water is really good, we enojyed using the provided kayaks, water noodles, the kickboard etc. The screened deck is also a really nice place to chill. The host, Tom, is amazing and very kind. The only downside is that the time of year we went had a lot of of mosqituos which were pretty annoying, but overall a great stay especially considering the price!

| My wife, our golden retriever, and I had a fantastic weekend at Thomas's cottage! Warm, clean water, excellent kayaking, and bird watching/listening were the highlights. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, and it has all the necessary tools.
I highly recommend it to everyone!
