As you are bringing your own bedding, the beds are as follows: upstairs: 1 queen, 2 doubles and one single (bunk). Downstairs: (walkout basement) 1 queen bed.
Blankets, sheets and pillows are provided. Towels are NOT provided.
There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking policy inside of the cottage. Evidence of such will result in additional cleaning fees.
Municipal garbage collection day is on Wednesday only. All garbage, recycling and compost must be removed upon your departure. Baxter transfer station is a few minutes away, and free for up to two bags of garbage per car. All recycling and compost are free. If you wish to leave the bagged garages and recycling in the bins, it can be done for additional $50.

Huge deck equipped with patio furniture and propane BBQ. Fully landscaped property offers plenty of fresh grass. Private waterfront offers a fire pit, outside chairs/picnic table and big dock which can accommodate boats up to 24 feet. Fish from the dock for perch, bass and pike. Transparent Canoe, paddle boards, Kayaks with paddles and life jackets are provided. Property also features ample parking. The 14ft aluminum boat with Yamaha outboard engine can be rented for extra cost.
It is close to pizza pit, pizza village, Hero Burger, Tim Horton, gas station, LCBO, library. Public park and beach, and public launch boat are within walking distance.

Georgian Bay Islands National Park is only 15 minutes away.

| Great stay at Jack's cottage. Everything you need for a great cottage vacation. The location of the cottage on the lake makes it very quiet. No boats speeding by. No loud partying. We made use of the aluminum boat with 8hp motor. Everything worked as it should. We will definitely be back.

| Jack was an amazing host he would always answer my questions/emails right away. Such an amazing experience with family, a quiet place and we were able to catch some fish off the dock. The house was very clean and equipped with all the amenities you need. We were also able to rent Jack's boat to do more fishing around the lake. Definitely would come back!
