Welcome to the cozy cove located in the heart of long point. We are located in a prime location next to a grocery store, food trucks, fishing and a 1 minute walk to the sandy shores of Lake Erie. A spacious bungalow cottage with lots of room for the family. Well kept with improvements while keeping the nostalgic feel of a true cottage. This space has 2 bedrooms ( bedroom 1 - 1 Queen + single bedroom 2- double bed ) plus two pull out sofas in the main living room and a futon bed in a back room. There are two smart TVs and wifi included. The cottage is fully equipped with utensils and cooking needs. Coffee can be made in a brewing pot or krigue and plus kettles for tea & boiling. The washroom is large with a large jacuzzi tub. Plenty of space for seating with 3 couches in the living area and two dinning tables for everyone to enjoy dinners or board games. The outside of the property has parking for 8 cars. There is a beautiful shaded front porch to sit back and enjoy. There is a large sized fully fenced back yard with two dinning areas, bbq, fire pit and muskoka chairs. Perfect for family outdoor game and s'mores! The area is known for boating, fishing, bird watching, hiking and walking/ enjoying the 40KM sandy shores.

| Cottage is great and definitely cozy. Pictures matched cottage and the owner was very helpful with any inquires. Would reccomend and will likely be back next year.

| I have rented this cottage a few times. Great spot a short walk to the beach . Right across and beside the cottage you can grab some food / ice cream . Cottage is very clean and comfortable and the owners are super nice ! Couldn't ask for anything more .

| From my experience, this cottage offers a wonderful stay that's perfect for a relaxing getaway as a couple for with the whole family.
Firstly, the location of this cottage couldn't be more ideal. It's situated just a few minute walk away from the beach, which means you can easily spend your days lounging on the sand and enjoying the water. It is close to the restaurants/food stands/ice cream which was a bonus for the kids.
The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. It's beautifully decorated and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped, so cooking meals is a breeze. There's also plenty of space to relax, whether you're lounging on the couch, sitting on the front porch, or spending time in the backyard on the back deck or surrounded around the fire pit.
One of the things I loved most about this cottage was how clean and well-maintained it was. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition, which made for a worry-free stay. The owners clearly take pride in their property and go out of their way to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The owners themselves were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We found out that they also have a rental business for seado's so on our return to the cottage for the second stay, we went ahead and rented two of them for the day which made the kids highlight of the entire summer!!
