Very spacious and nicely appointed, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom ranch style home has everything you need to enjoy some time away to recharge. A large foyer welcome you into this comfortable home with a large living room, separate formal dining area, large eat-in kitchen, and a den with a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a walk-out to the beautiful sunroom and a nice ensuite bathroom with corner soaker tub and separate shower. There are two additional bedrooms and another 5 piece bathroom and a powder room. Plenty of parking and lots of grass for the family to spread out and kids to play. This lovely property is a very short drive into town and Port Elgin's famous beach, great shopping and fabulous restaurants. MacGregor Park and Eidt's Grove Beach is just a short bike ride away.
