During the summer period this is a 7 NIGHT RENTAL $1,900 ($275/night). Check-in is Sunday at 4pm, Check out is Sunday 11:00am. During the non-summer period, rental is a minimum 4 days.

Amenities: Mini Split AIR Conditioner/Heat Pump (installed October 2021), WIFI, Baseboard heaters throughout, Open concept floor plan that can accommodate up to 6 people. Pot lights throughout with dimmers, blackout drapes throughout, screened gazebo with power, fire pit and additional exterior fireplace, fire wood, board games, lawn games, 18-foot Mini-golf putting green, bikes, fenced yard and ample parking spaces.

Living Room: Comfortable sofa seating, additional chairs, 47" Flat Screen TV with Chromecast, DVD Player, DVD Movies, Electric Fireplace and board/card games.

Kitchen: Full kitchen, Island in kitchen with four stools and DSS sink, dishwasher, full fridge with freezer, smooth cooktop range with ceiling exterior exhaust fan, oven, microwave, water softener, Reverse osmosis system (drinkable water), coffee maker, tea pot, blender, bullet drink mixer, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes, roaster, baking sheets, cutlery, electric grill, wine glasses, frying pans, stocked with spices (herbs & seasonings), salt, pepper, paper towels as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent and dish towels.

Bathroom: One bathroom, toilet paper, shower, exterior exhaust fan, sink, toilet (holding tank), front load washer/dryer, facecloths, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and an exterior Outhouse as well.

3 Bedrooms: Linens, bedding and pillows supplied. Blackout drapes, table top fans as well as additional chair located in each room.

Master: Queen size bed, closet, table lamps, wall mounted fan, as well as privacy door to the exterior patio, view of the lake and evening sunsets

Second: Queen size bed, open shelf, table lamp, table top fan, view of the lake and evening sunsets

Third : Queen size bed, open shelf, table lamp, table top fan, view of the yard and the morning sunrises

Outdoor features: Propane BBQ on 8' x 10' wood deck, with utensils and two Adirondack wooden chairs. Screened gazebo (CLUBZEBO) is 10 feet x 18 feet and overlooks the lake and offers two round tables with ample chairs, games and is fully powered. It offers indoor/outdoor games as well as some beach toys.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

There are two separate firepit/fireplaces, firewood supplied and comes with two large wooden benches as well as additional chairs.

The surrounding area offers: Bird watching, wildlife, walking, hiking, cycling, jogging, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, kite boarding, playground, restaurants, groceries, fuel, hardware store, liquor, pharmacy, fishing, golf, meat store, etc.

During the summer period (June 16 - Sept 16), we are renting from Sunday to Sunday (7 night rental) minimum. Check-in at 4:00pm Sunday and Check-out at 11:00am Sunday. 50% deposit is required at time of booking with balance due two days prior to arrival. We require a damage/cleaning deposit of $350 at time of booking, your deposit and cleaning fee of $80 will be refunded upon the inspection approval/within 48 hours after check out time. We ask that you leave the property clean as it was when you arrived. Renters accept full liability for damages or loss, responsibility for any injuries incurred when on the property or use of bicycles. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
