| WOW! What can we say... Our second week visiting Canada, from England, was spent at Silent Moorings and it really was a truly special stay. As soon as we pulled into the drive way the smell of the pine emulated through the air and as we stepped into the cottage itself it felt so cosy and welcoming. With all the comforts we could possibly want inside in a cottage it really is a totally idyllic escape. The beds were exceedingly comfortable and the log burner was a real atmospheric treat!! The view from the cottage balcony is stunning and as we made our way down to the lakeside it just got better. The tranquillity of the lake is breath-taking; it's hard to describe quite how beautiful the 'almost' silence is; with the light hoot of the native loon and the odd boat passing by - totally blissful. We were lucky enough to witness the leaves beginning to turn into their Autumn charm... but I imagine all the seasons are spectacular in their own way. We couldn't have asked for better communication from the hosts - so kind, prompt and hospitable. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can book our next trip - we simply cannot wait! Thank you so much for having us, we adored everything!

| This cottage is true paradise. Our family of 8 had ample room to spend quality time together, or private moments on the pier, back yard, screened in porch, kayaks and paddle board. Home is clean, tastefully decorated, cozy, fully stocked, and so comfortable. We created memories with our gourmet meals, puzzles, games with the kids, hikes in the surrounding forests, and lots of water play. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their home. We hope to return next summer.

| Another week at Silent Moorings in August and the entire family agreed, we have to do this again next summer! This cottage is just so much fun. There is room for all of us, and the kids just had a blast in the water everyday, all day long. As always, cottage is so clean and neat, and has all the amenities to make your visit perfect.

| Amazing time with our family spent at Silent Moorings. The cottage itself is spacious and comfortable for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and the linens too. Spent many hours playing games at the large table and in the screened in porch (our favourite spot) watching the thunder storm roll in on the lake from the screened in porch was a favourite. We spent most of our time on the Docks and using the water toys. We hope to be back soon.

| A heavenly vacation spent in a nature paradise. The cottage comes fully stocked with every appliance, dishes, and comfortable seating for 8 people. The dining table is just beautiful for a group dinner, the living room was so comfy, and we did jigsaw puzzles on the coffee table, while others played one or more of the very well stocked games. The waterfront is stunning. Kayaks, and SUP, canoes, a lily pad mat out in the lake, all were very much enjoyed by our group. Sunning on the docks, there are 2 of them, plus another outdoor seating area, where we played more games! The screened in porch overlooking the lake was the perfect spot for early morning coffee. Evenings were spent around the campfire on the beach, listening to the waves, and star gazing. This is truly a little bit of heaven. We will be back!
