Bright, spacious 2 bedroom cottage with ocean view, no carpets for summer rental in lovely Shediac, NB! BOOK YOUR SUMMER VACATION JUNE 15-SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 $1000 or $200/night (3 night minimum rental fee). This cottage is more like a house than a cottage, it is very comfortable and we have great neighbours on both sides. If you are looking for a lovely vacation, this is the place to be! One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has bunkbeds with a single bed on the top and a double bed on the bottom, there are also a sofa and a sofa bed in the living room if you need extra sleeping space. Outside furniture and a bbq are provided for your convenience. Fridge, stove, air conditioner, basic satellite, washer, dryer, microwave, dishes, utensils, towels, facecloths, bedding, etc.

8 minute walk to the wharf or you can drive and pay to park your vehicle (where you can fish, swim, enjoy a boat ride or a great meal and beverage), 5 minute walk to an unsupervised beach and 10 minute walk to the beautiful, supervised Parlee Beach. You can also drive to Parlee Beach and pay to park your vehicle or it is free to park your vehicle after 5:00pm each evening. Shediac is home to the largest outdoor farmer's market in the Maritimes which takes place every Sunday from 9:00am-2:00pm until mid September. 5 minute walk to a nice playground with a small splash pad and an outdoor basketball court, 6 minute drive to the Neptune Drive-In. Children welcome, no smoking inside and no pets allowed. Casino, Magic Mountain, Magnetic Hill Zoo, Empire Theatres and Champlain Place(one of the best shopping malls in the Maritimes)are only 20 minutes away.
