Wash away your worries as you step in the calming waves on IpperWash beach! Our cottage is a 4 min walk to the beach where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This cottage offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a large deck surrounded by towering trees. The fire pit in the backyard is perfect for making s'mores under the starry sky. For those lazy rainy days, enjoy your meal in the cozy screen room or relax in the sunroom. The space Guests are requested to bring your own linen, blankets and toiletries. This 4 seasons cottage has a furnace, A/ C and a wood burning fireplace.
Septic System: Everyone must be aware of the care and maintenance of this system to prevent any unpleasant and expensive issues. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely no sanitary napkins or wipes of any kind should be flushed. The maximum occupancy is based on the capacity of the septic system and therefore no additional guests are allowed.

| We had a great stay at this cottage in Ipperwash! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and located in such a quiet and relaxing area. It's also so close to the beach, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The beach itself is fantastic, and we loved that you can drive your car right onto the beach. It makes such a difference when you're bringing chairs, towels, coolers, and everything else—you don't have to lug everything back and forth!
The cottage was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and everything we needed to make meals and feel at home. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
Overall, a really comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

| Excellent location, cute cottage. Perfect for our 2 families with older teenage kids, lots of space, updated appliances and cottage-nice and clean. Big back yard with fire pit and chairs. Cottage had most amenities. Easy to keep clean and so close to the beach and point. Would recommend for families :) thank you for the stay !!

| Cottage was very nice and as advertised - very short walk on a quiet street to the beach. Nice fireplace inside for rainy days or a colder night and a great fire pit to hang out under the stars on nice evenings.
Plenty of room to park a few cars - we had us and our grown kids with us. Kitchen is easily big enough to cook for everyone and there is also a nice BBQ on the deck with a nice patio table.
Screened in porch room is a great spot to play cards and have a nice breeze without the bugs.
Lots of trails and beach roads to bike and a short drive to the Pinery Park and/or Grand Bend. You can walk/bike to Ipperwash town and some small groceries within a 5 minute drive.
We had great sunsets on the beach and even a meteor shower with a camp fire.
