Welcome to your cottage dream! This four season 6 bedroom 3 bathroom cottage oasis is sure to please. Situated on a large bay area on the Severn Water System, it has a sandy waterfront shallow entry on large property, with enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the Muskokas. Located just 1.5 hours from Toronto, you can enjoy the North without the long trip to the cottage. Outside, enjoy a large deck with southern waterfront exposure, beautiful oversized beachfront area, dock, fire pit, paddleboat, canoe, paddle board and tubes. There is a public boat launch nearby to drop in your boat for cruising down to Lake Couchiching or over to Sparrow lake with endless fishing and waterways. In the winter, enjoy snowmobiling trails, sleigh rides, dog sledding, ice fishing, skiing close by or snowshoeing. The cottage boasts a spacious open concept living space with over 3000 sq ft on three floors to accommodate your friends and family. The cottage includes: 6 bedrooms (1 bedroom with bunk beds for children), air conditioning/ heating, filtered water, one wood burning fireplace one electric fireplace, two smart TVs, wifi, full kitchen supplies with additional fridge on lower level, laundry, foosball table, board games, two spacious living spaces, propane BBQ, crib, highchair, pack n play and booster chair.
