The Kubi waterfront cottage is a year round access cottage and only 8kms away from Calabogie Peaks Ski hill. No power outage. We have an automatic generator in case power is out! Sleeps 4-6 Max , 2 Bedrooms, 1 Sofa Bed, 1 Full Bathroom, Well equipped kitchen, Wifi Unlimited Air Conditioner Generator Kayak Canoe Pedal boat Paddle board Life Jackets Electric heater Wood stove Firewood Our waterfront property is located on a very clean and quiet Madawaska River. It is a natures lover place. It is very ideal for a small family or a couple. Great area for kayaking, fishing, canoeing, swimming, and watching some nature's wilds. Eagle's Nest lookout for a fabulous hike, golfing nearby, and Calabogie Motorsports Park. We provide clean linens and set up all ready for the guests' convenience. We also provide towels, hand soap, dish soap, bathroom tissue, paper towels, and a few complimentary items like sugar, coffee, coffee mate, mini shampoo, mini bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste. We provide drinking water (5 gallons) but it is the guest's responsibility to buy a refill if they need more. *Does not apply for monthly rentals. No cleaning fee but we do make sure the cottage is cleaned well before new guests arrives. No daily maid service. The property is to be left clean. The guest should remove leftover foods and bring their garbages with them upon checking out.
We do have unlimited internet, smart TV, Alexa, books, and some board/card games for entertainment. Enjoy paddling using our free-of-charge kayak, canoe, paddle board, and pedal boat.
Our cottage has a newly renovated washroom with a stand-up shower and a heated floor. We do have a window air conditioner, electric baseboard heaters, and a wood stove. Two bedrooms with new double beds and a sofa bed. we do not have a dining table but instead a large counter bar style for eating and drinking.
Only seconds away from the main road and a minute away from gasoline station, restaurants, and stores like a general store, grocery, hardware, and LCBO. Calabogie Peaks Ski hill is only 8 minutes away.
Our Cottage is open all year. There is snow removal and a laundromat nearby. There is an automatic generator so no power outages for guests' convenience especially during winter season. We prefer online banking Email transfer.

| Returned again this year & had a very nice quiet, relaxing time. As always, the cottage is well maintained, clean & well stocked with things you may need. The owners are great to deal with & very responsive. Definitely recommend checking out this cottage!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at “The Kubi Cottage”. This summer was the 3rd year we've spent 2 weeks at the cottage. Our Children and Grandchildren love coming to the cottage and being just slightly over an hours drive from Ottawa they often come for the day or stay for 2 or 3 days. Swimming, Boating and Fishing fills the day and Roasting Marshmallow's by the fire pit caps off each evening. Well equipped is an understatement and we've always found the cottage clean, neat and tidy on our arrival. I'm sure we'll be spending many more summers at the “Kubi Cottage”.

| We loved our stay at Kubi Waterfront Cottage and we loved the area of Calabogie - so much to do.
The cottage is very well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Some amazing spots for meals and drinks nearby.

| We stayed for a week and found the cottage to be very neat, clean and well equipped. We found the location to be very convenient, quiet (no speed boats), lots of wild life to watch and good fishing. The grounds were well kept and supplied with seating. The umbrella on the dock on hot days was very welcoming.
We had a very relaxing stay.

| Returned to this cottage again this year. New dock extension with seating & umbrella was nice for meals & relaxing right on the water in addition to the other amenities. Very clean, well maintained & well stocked. Owners are most helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend!
