Enjoy the surrounding scenery as you look every which way and see GREEN .... and our resident horses grazing the day away! A great space for a "multiple Family vacation", work retreats or a quiet, private get-a-way.
This luxurious and spacious farm house, with 5* amenities, has everything you need and more!! Enjoy a morning coffee on our balcony, or bask in the sun on the back patio! The views from every angle of the house will not disappoint with endless space for little kids (and big kids!) to run, play and explore! End the day chilling at the camp fire, playing board games or watching a movie.

From our central location, Green Acres Guest House offers you access to many experiences such as:
- Golfing - check out our many local courses, all within 10-30 min drive, and plan to visit one for every day of your stay! Arkona Fairways, Widder Station, Forest Golf and Country Club, Sandhills, Oakwood, Caradoc Sands
- Beaches and Boats - Spend the day shopping in Grand Bend and take in some sand, Or enjoy a dip at Ipperwash Beach only 20 mins away
- Conservation Areas - Check out our famous Rock Glen Falls, or spend the day hiking and swimming at Pinery Provincial Park
- Local attractions include - the Lambton Heritage Museum, the Pinery Antique Flea Market, Kineto Movie Theatre in Forest, and Grand Bend Motorplex
- Splash Pads and Water Parks - if you are not into "Sand",check out some fun at one of our local splash pads in Arkona, Watford, Parkhill and Strathroy
- Wineries and Breweries - Make a day (or two!) of travelling to some local Wineries/Breweries which include Shale Ridge Estate Winery, Stonepicker Brewery, Twin Pines Cider House, Widder Station Tap House, Dark Horse Estate Winery
Included in our home is:
- air conditioning, Wifi, Xbox and outdoor games etc.
- gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and stand up freezer as well as washer/dryer. Coffee Maker, kettle, crockpot and all the kitchen items needed
- 2 Full baths and 2 half baths.
- Propane Barbq; Firepit and firewood
- pillows and light blankets for beds
Items not included:
- bed linens (for travelers coming from afar, there are linens available at an additional cost of $20 per bed. Prior notice is required)
- towels (bathroom hand towels and kitchen towels/cloths are included. As well, if you are traveling from afar, towels will be available at an additional cost and prior notice will be required)
Additional items to bring:
- small fan
- sleep masks
- bug spray / sun tan lotion
- heavier blankets (some available, but not for all beds)
- Food and Condiments (local grocery, LCBO and Beer store near by)
- Lawn chairs (14 patio chairs available)

Extras:
- This space is for mature adults over the age of 30 (children welcome) No parties. This space is for families and friends. Owners are next door and available when needed.
- Upon check-out, the renter is expected to leave the cottage in the same order as it was received. All dishes will need to be washed and put away. All garbage's must be emptied and placed outside with the garbage bins.
- Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles (no parking or driving on grass)
- No smoking, STRICT No pets policy
- Please, No glass bottles
