A great space for a "multiple Family vacation", work retreats or a quiet, private get-a-way. This luxurious and spacious farm house, with 5* amenities, has everything you need and more!! Enjoy a morning coffee on our balcony, or bask in the sun on the back patio! The views from every angle of the house will not disappoint with endless space for little kids (and big kids!) to run, play and explore! End the day chilling at the camp fire, playing board games or watching a movie. Summer weekly rentals are Friday to Friday From our central location, Green Acres Guest House offers you access to many experiences such as: - Golfing - check out our many local courses, all within 10-30 min drive, and plan to visit one for every day of your stay! Arkona Fairways, Widder Station, Forest Golf and Country Club, Sandhills, Oakwood, Caradoc Sands - Beaches and Boats - Spend the day shopping in Grand Bend and take in some sand, Or enjoy a dip at Ipperwash Beach only 20 mins away - Conservation Areas - Check out our famous Rock Glen Falls, or spend the day hiking and swimming at Pinery Provincial Park - Local attractions include - the Lambton Heritage Museum, the Pinery Antique Flea Market, Kineto Movie Theatre in Forest, and Grand Bend Motorplex
- Splash Pads and Water Parks - if you are not into "Sand",check out some fun at one of our local splash pads in Arkona, Watford, Parkhill and Strathroy
- Wineries and Breweries - Make a day (or two!) of travelling to some local Wineries/Breweries which include Shale Ridge Estate Winery, Stonepicker Brewery, Twin Pines Cider House, Widder Station Tap House, Dark Horse Estate Winery
Included in our home is:
- air conditioning, Wifi, Xbox and outdoor games etc.
- gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and stand up freezer as well as washer/dryer. Coffee Maker, kettle, crockpot and all the kitchen items needed
- 2 Full baths and 2 half baths.
- Propane Barbq; Firepit
- pillows and light blankets for beds
Items not included:
- bed linens (for travelers coming from afar, there are linens available at an additional cost of $20 per bed. Prior notice is required)
- towels (bathroom hand towels and kitchen towels/cloths are included. As well, if you are traveling from afar, towels will be available at an additional cost and prior notice will be required)

Extras:
- This space is for mature adults over the age of 30 (children welcome) No parties. This space is for families and friends. Owners are next door and available when needed.
- Upon check-out, the renter is expected to leave the cottage in the same order as it was received. All dishes will need to be washed and put away. All garbage's must be emptied and placed outside with the garbage bins.
- Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles (no parking or driving on grass)
- No smoking, STRICT No pets policy
- Please, No glass bottles

| We enjoyed a wonderful week with our family of 12, six adults and six children. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, the lot is spacious and there's lots of room for the children to play! The patio and fire pit are lovely, we spent a lot of time there and we enjoyed a camp fire every night!! The kitchen is well equipped, and having a natural gas BBQ ensures you won't run out of fuel! The guest house is close to activities, and we enjoyed a trip to Rock Glen, Ipperwash and the Akron Lioness park including playground, swings and splash pad. Lisa and Mark were great to deal with before, during and after our stay.

| Thank you for letting us rent the house! It was perfect for us.
The kitchen dining area was large enough for the entire gang when my brother and his family came over for supper. We found a folding table and chairs and put them beside the dining table to seat everyone. We had 8 at each table.
The kids enjoyed seeing the horses. Maybe next time we can arrange to ride them?
The beds were comfortable, the rooms interesting and the house a little quirky. The perfect combination for a vacation!
We look forward to future stays.

| I brought my staff here for the weekend to thank them for all their hard work during the year and to brainstorm some ideas for next year. The cottage is gorgeous. Lots of places to sleep, big kitchen to entertain, great outdoor space and fire pit. We will be coming back next year for sure.

| Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Green Acres Cottage. We were a family of 11 from age 6 to 65. Our stay at Green Acres created so many memories for everyone. The home is so very comfortable and family oriented with the large open gathering kitchen space yet also spacious enough to allow private space for different groups to enjoy. The outdoor grounds let you escape into another bonus of the rental. The trees and horses create such a beautiful space to enjoy. The hosts were incredible with allowing you to enjoy the property by the feeling of immediate contact but also allowing us to feel private. Thank you so much Mark and Lisa in your care of this cottage so that we were able to gather and create such wonderful memories.

| One of the best VRBO's we have rented out of many. The amenities, location and setting are stunning and the house itself exceeds our expectations. We had a small family reunion and it was a pleasure to entertain kids and older guests in a beiautiful backyard and patio area surrounded by horses and southern Ontario greenery. The beautiful little town of Arkona was friendly and it's local golf course was an incredible surprise for this golf fanatic?we will be back more than once in the future.
