A relaxing & cozy waterfront cottage located in the heart of Muskoka. Only a 2 hour drive from the GTA! 100 feet of waterfront with a private dock for diving, swimming & relaxing. A perfect couples retreat or family vacation destination!
This cottage is nothing short of awesome. The 2,200 sf interior of the property has an open concept kitchen and living space with huge floor to ceiling windows that allow you to see the amazing views from anywhere you sit. In the evening enjoy conversations while sitting by the large fireplace or watch movies on one of 3 TV's (login with Netflix, Prime, Tubi) and board games available. If you need to work while at the cottage there is two desks and one with a 24” monitor that has an HDMI and standard monitor connection. High speed Fiber internet with over 100 mbps which is rare in cottage country.
The cottage is nestled among 100-foot trees, lush greenery, singing birds and serene nature. If you are looking for privacy, tranquility & ultimate relaxation, look no further!
The 3-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 6 (max) across two luxurious king beds and one bedroom with queen and single bed. The home is flooded with lots of natural light making your stay feel calm and pleasurable.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the small/
large appliances, pots, serving dishes and utensils needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends.
There are two full bathrooms (2 showers) – one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Washer and dryer available if needed.
Enjoy the outdoor space with a BBQ, various lounge/sitting areas and a dining space. In the evening there is a fire pit to roast marshmellows or sit around having great conversation.
The river offers miles of exploring and refreshing water for swimming, diving, relaxing - you name it! There are Kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and a Canoe for you to use - life jackets are provided.
This cottage is a pristine gem in the heart of Ontario's vacation paradise.
