Margaret

Healey Cove Cottage is a lovely, well appointed and comfortable vacation destination. We particularly enjoyed the spacious deck with outdoor furniture and a nice view of the water. Great yard for playing golf toss with our grandson and perfect fire pit area for toasting marshmallows.
The weather was moderately uncooperative for a few of the days so we hiked around the local trails, visited the waterfalls, and checked out the cute little downtown in Bracebridge.
Owner Pat was accessible and responsive to text inquiries.
Overall a relaxing and enjoyable week!

We had an amazing experience at Healey Cove Cottage. The cottage itself is very cozy, welcoming, very clean and private!!

If you are looking for a getaway, this cottage is a place to be. Lots of space for kids to run around, kayaks, and a very beautiful view!!
Pat was very easy to get in touch with, any questions were answered very promptly. Very positive experience!! Thanks again Pat for opening your beautiful cottage, our family had an awesome time and we made beautiful memories!!

Our family had a great time at this Healey Lake cottage.

The cottage was well-kept and very clean upon arrival. It was very suitable for a week's stay with our 2 adult and 2 young kids family. The deck looked out onto Healey Lake - it was a beautiful view! We spent a lot of time on the large deck relaxing, kids playing, barbecuing and eating.

There was a lovely flat grassy area and campfire area - we really enjoyed this. Unfortunately, the geese were not our friends this week, and this deterred us from using the waterfront and sandy area which we hoped to make use of. I think that was just bad luck of the draw that they hung around a lot that week leaving behind their mess.

The location was great and close to Bracebridge and local attractions such as Santa's Village and ?Kirby's beach? which we went to twice and enjoyed.

Pat was a wonderful host and very kind and responsive to any question or issue. She was very organized. We couldn't have asked for a better host!

We had a wonderful time at Healey Cove Cottage. Great sunsets and campfires every night. Our grandson caught his first fish off the dock, with his first worm. Plenty of activities in Bracebridge for us to do. The cottage had everything we needed for a very memorable week.
