You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place within walking distance to downtown, Meaford Harbour, the Georgian Trail and Meaford Memorial Park. This location is perfect for those who want to unwind and recharge or for the adventurers wanting to explore the water and the nearby trails. It's a 10 minute drive to Thornbury and 25 minutes to Blue Mountain.

The home boasts large windows throughout making the space very airy and bright. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large wrap around deck or head down to the water and enjoy the view from the rocks. Unwind in the hot tub or relax around the campfire in the large firepit area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including induction stove, fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

The large three piece bathroom offers an air tub and stand up shower.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, a king in the primary and queen in the second bedroom. The double bed is on the lower level where there is also access to the two piece bathroom.

Part of the basement is unfinished where there is a walk out that is perfect for storing your bikes or any other outdoor equipment. The laundry is also available for use in this space.

Guests will have access to the entire house and property. Public tennis courts are down the street as well as public swimming pool and skate park.
