Come enjoy the beauty of the changing seasons. Family friendly 5 bedroom cottage on Lake Manitouwabing. Large Lake house -- great for groups. A spacious home with 140 feet of frontage on a private inlet, large dock, giant yard with brand new 8 seater hot tub overlooking lake, two fire pits, 15 ft trampoline, treehouse and zipline for kids. 3 kayaks, 2 Paddleboards, a canoe and two different tow tubes are all part of our water toys. Our home features a large, modern kitchen with all the tools for a gourmet meal inside or out. Two full size fridges, bar fridge, and ice maker, dining room and two separate living areas on the mainfloor - living room with fireplace, sunroom with electric fireplace and 70" screen TV, plus a screened porch. We have four bedrooms on the main floor -- master with king, electric fireplace and 40" TV, 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom with three twin beds, 4th bedroom with bunked double beds. We have two decks -- one for dining/ BBQ and one for relaxing, both overlooking the lake. A fully furnished basement with another living room and 40 inch TV, wood burning stove and bedroom with walk out to lake, full bar and games room with pool table, darts and foosball. There's also unlimited high speed wifi. Plenty of room for multiple families.
This property is a spectacular summer retreat, but warm, cozy and inviting in all seasons. Our hill is perfect for tobogganing in winter, and we are a very short drive from miles of ATV/Snowmobiling Trails. Boat launch is just down the road and is a popular Ice Fishing spot in winter as well. We are just minutes from two golf courses - The Ridge at Manitou & Deer Run. Killbear Provincial Park is 30 minutes away with extensive white sand beaches, camping, and trails. Local Farmer's Market runs on Saturdays throughout the summer and over Thanksgiving weekend.

| Amazing! My friends and I have vacationed together with our children every year for several years and this is the first time we wanted to go back to the same place again. We were all very comfortable. We had a lot of room to have our own space but also gather together. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, relaxing holiday by the water.

| This place has everything you could possibly want and a bunch of things you would never even think of! The property was so big, had lots of room for kids to run around and play, a trampoline to jump on, a zip line by the water. The waterfront dock was perfect for countless jumps, and lots of water toys as well. The inside was bigger than we imagined it, lots of space to sleep and eat, a pool table for added fun when we needed a sun break. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, there was even a countertop ice machine! We had the greatest time and didn't want to leave! Communication with the owners was incredible as well. We have rented lots of places over the years, Little Lynn's Inlet tops them all. We can't wait to go back!

| Lake Manitouwabing, McKellar. We spent last week at this wonderful cottage. It was massive, and we enjoyed all that it had to offer. Kids / adult highlights were the trampoline, water island floaties, kayak/ paddleboards and the pool table. Lots of board games to choose from and great wifi when it rained. 5min away from a general store and ice cream shop. Highly recommend. Host was wonderful and very responsive.
