* Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the modern gadgets, various pots and pans, dish washer, range hood, double door stainless steel refrigerator , ninja airfryer, keurig coffee machine, black and decker coffee machine, brita filter jug etc. Basic spices, various coffees available as well.
*New memory foam mattresses for the luxurious good Sleep.
* All linens, mattress protectors, bedsheets, pillows, pillow covers , kitchen towels provided with the stay.
Guests bring light blankets, bath towels themselves. Rest everything is provided and cottage is professionally cleaned and all beds set for guests arrival.
*Toilet paper, bounty rolls, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, kitchen liquid, dish washing tablets and basic cleaning supplies like lysol wipes, lysol spray etc comes with the cottage.
*Roomba(cleaning robot), vaccum cleaner are left for guests use .

About Jordan Lake, Gilmour-
Jordan Lake is a moderate sized, quieter lake with warmer water temperatures. Beautiful lake with few small islands that one can kayak or padal boat too. Lake water is perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. Jordan lake is popular for Bass fishing. The views of Jordan Lake are just breathtaking.
In winters it freezes well around late December, January and is perfect for ice fishing, ice hockey, snowshoeing and other winter activities. Its also very close to various snow mobile (OFSC trails) and various beaches and attractions, making it a perfect getaway for all seasons.

The cottage is perfectly located close to various attractions at close proximity to beautiful places like a shallow beach within 5 minutes distance( Steenburg lake public beach), various conservation areas and trails( Egan Chutes Provincial Park, Gut Consevation area), beautiful lookout point( Eagles Nest Lookout, Bancroft). Easy access to the property throughout the year.

The cottage is 3 bedrooms, 1 big living room with sofa bed and 1 bathroom and has amazing water views right from the living room couch.
The cottage has 2(Queen Beds) , 1 double bed over 1 single bed( bunk bed) , 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room .
The cottage can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

The cottage is Four Seasons with propane based furnace installed at the property. For summer months multiple fans installed throughout the cottage. Each room has two fans. The cottage is easily reachable and is on a well maintained municipal road with easy access all seasons.


The Cottage is spread on more than 1 acres of land with very beautiful lush green well maintained gardens, small trail within the property, sand area for kids , multiple beautiful firepit areas, by the water & by the garden and the best of all a huge newly built dock perfect for lounging, fishing, jumping into the water right off the dock. Water is around 14 feet deep from the Dock. Provides perfect swimming for adults and kids with life jackets. The lake water is usually warm and perfect for swimming.

Number of water-crafts at the property to make perfect fun activity for everyone.

This cottage is perfect place for a memorable family time together with lots of birds, loons and other beautiful wild life around the property. Sit under the stars by the fire pit at night or sit by the dock there is so much to keep you occupied with your loved ones.

The cottage is meant for families and friends to connect with each other and create long lasting memories but is not meant for people planning loud parties. We want to make sure our guests enjoy their stay fully, while making sure, neighbors are not negatively impacted in any way.

Lots of conservation areas, provincial parks and beautiful lakes, walking trails within the close proximity of the cottage.

Great rates for May, June , September weekly rentals.

**July, August weekly rentals are $3150 stay plus $125 professional cleaning. $50 one pet fee. Two pets $75.
Max two pets allowed .**

There is also a $600 refundable security deposit, charged one week before arrival, fully refundable upon inspection within 2-3 days of checkout.

We charge 25% of the fee initially with the booking and rest 75%, 60 days before arrival. Rental agreements are created between both parties for everyone's peace of mind.
