The Wild Rose Getaway is a 2 bedroom cottage that is fully furnished/equipped and ready for your escape. Watch the sunsets on your large patio (14 x 30), down at the water on the concrete dock (8 x 30) or on the dock (8 x 40). The swimming off the dock is spectacular with clean deep water, it is a gradual slope from the shoreline which is safe for the kids.
Charleston lake is one of the most sought after lakes in Eastern Ontario. It's close proximity to Ottawa (1 hour) Kingston (45 minutes) or Brockville (30 minutes) makes for an easy access/commute to this beautiful gem. There are over 100 islands as well as over 100 miles of shoreline to explore on this beautiful lake know as Muskoka's of the east. Enjoy excellent fishing ( Lake trout, bass, pike, panfish) on this lake. There are two full service marinas on the lake that are close to the cottage that offer gas, boat/canoe/kayak rentals as well as limited groceries, ice cream, ice etc. The Wild Rose Getaway is a place where memories are made and guests return year after year to enjoy some rest and relaxation with family and friends.
