All the roads leading to the cottage are plowed
Winter maintenance company will be by to shovel the walkway and plow the driveway ** this is a small town, and a ways from town - please be patient if it's not plowed and shoveled directly after it's snowed
Please remember this is a piece of property, in the country. It is possible to lose power in the event of poor weather conditions, or for the internet to be slow in certain areas of the Lakehouse.

| Danielle's place was perfect! We were there in the winter and it was great, we even got a little snow. The house was amazing and we want to come back in the summer time to enjoy the gorgeous lake! Highly recommend!

| Danielle is an awesome host and great communicator. The cottage was stunning, cozy and clean. The layout of the cottage was great. There were 5 in our group and we had space to sit quietly and just relax in a nook of the cottage or gather together in the cozy living room or back porch. I should also mention the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. I would give this cottage a 5 out of 5 rating!! Thank you Danielle!

| Spent Thanksgiving weekend with family in this beautifully appointed cottage. Everything you might need is provided - quality linens, plenty of kitchen wares including lots of small appliances to make cooking a great experience. Clean comfortable furniture in all rooms, lots of space for family members to spread out. Bedrooms are a good size, and having 2 full bathrooms is great when travelling with the whole family. The cottage has lovely view of the lake, from inside and out on the deck. Nice dock facilities - kids used the kayak, canoe, and paddle board even though the weather was chilly. We were blessed with seeing wonderful fall colours around the lake - quite stunning! Danielle is great to deal with - timely communication, answered my numerous questions. Check-in is easy with the lockbox. We plan on returning soon!

| This is a truly beautiful cottage with breathtaking views. We loved the cathedral ceilings in the open living room and kitchen with large windows overlooking the lake. The second floor loft offered a cozy spot on rainy days for games and movies, and we had lots of comfortable sleeping areas for our large family. The only complaint about the building is the doors on the covered porch which were broken, so we couldn't close them as refuge from the bugs as we had hoped. Still, lovely cottage.
For us, swimming is a major part of a summer cottage vacation. Danielle was wonderful to deal with, but I do wish I had been forewarned about all the weeds. The weeds are so thick that after trying to go in once, we didn't go swimming again the whole week. We saved our money all year to be at a cottage that we could all swim in, and we didn't get what we thought we were paying for. We won't be back.
If you don't care about swimming or want to take a boat to middle of lake, this cottage is great! We highly recommend it. But if you do, then we suggest looking elsewhere.

| Hello, I rented this cottage as a little Valentines getaway 11 Feb to 15 Feb 2022 (4 nights). We had a fantastic time!! This was also an opportunity to check things out prior to our 2 week rental in the summer. The cottage is well maintained and clean with ample amenities. The bedrooms were lovely. The master bedroom is massive with a great ensuite. We made good use of the woodstove which we preferred as the main heat source of the main are throughout the day. We did have our Portuguese Water Dog in tow who loved the outdoor space with the ability to run for miles on the frozen lake. The weather did not cooperate on day 1 but we did get out on day 2 and tried to circumnavigate the lake by snowshoes. Day 3 was simply a long hike on the shore line which we enjoyed a lot. We are so looking forward to our summer 2 weeks as we will take advantage of the the other amenities listed and share with our kids and grandkids. Owner and host Danielle was exceptional and responded to any queries that we had during our stay. I highly recommend this place as a family getaway any time of the year.
