This lakeside executive rental is high end living with amazing sunsets, luxury amenities and outstanding space and comfort for any season. Room to spare for 6-9 people, cathedral ceilings, loft area and 3 bathrooms. If you like you can also rent the attached couples suite for more comfort for your group or an additional 2 guests. Please ask about additional pricing.
Take advantage of being right on the south shore of Lake Nipissing with free dock access to tie up your boat, swim, or fish. There is also a fire pit with wood provided ( burn permit required )
Also for your use are 2 kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Paddles and life jackets provided.
We are also located on the OFSC Snowmobile Trails SSR701 in the South Shore area ( District 11 ).
You can also inquire about our Ice Fishing Charters. We'll get you on the ice and we have a 4-6 person shack for daily rental. Comes with 4 holes inside, Interior Lights, Propane Heat and Stove, and rods for fishing. Bait is extra. Daily rates are $50/
day/person.
This is a seasonal vacation or temporary rental property and not a long term-rental property. Rentals are ONLY Monday to Monday.
No smoking and no pets.
