A truly stunning cottage located on Gull Lake in The Township of Minden Hills. A scenic 2 hour drive from the GTA! Newly renovated with beautiful finishes throughout. Positioned west on the clear and pristine waters of Gull Lake to take advantage of the jaw dropping views! Private water front access with dock & decking area for swimming & relaxing. Please note - the cottage is located off of a private road which is hilly in spots. For this reason an all wheel drive vehicle/ SUV during your stay is recommended.
The cottage is elevated and perched proudly to take advantage of the expansive long lake views. If you are looking for tranquility & relaxation, look no further!
The space:
4 bedroom. The Gull Lake Tree House features an open plan living area with a cathedral ceiling and double height windows. The interior is flooded with natural daylight to make for a light, easy & breezy stay.
The newly renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the small & large appliances & utensils needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends. Spices, olive oil etc are provided with compliments.
There is one full bathroom on the main floor level and an outdoor cedar shower that is fully enclosed for privacy.
The three season screened in 'Haliburton Room' acts as the perfect rustic escape from those super warm summer days, or as an evening retreat to crack out the board games!
Our expansive deck can be enjoyed all day long with views that are second to none (West Exposure)! Just off the back deck to the rear of the property, there is a fire pit to enjoy on those cooler evenings.
Gull lake is a premium lake in Haliburton Highlands perfect for swimming, Water sports and relaxing - you name it! Lakeside consist of a decked platform and floating dock for you to relax and soak up some Vitamin D. There is a Canoe and two Kayaks for you to use with compliments - 6 adult life jackets in varying sizes are provided, as well as two youth life jackets.

| A beautiful cottage! We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived. The cottage is very clean and modern and the view from the deck is one of the best I have seen, especially for sunsets. One pleasant surprise is that the deck is fully gated, which was great for our pup.
The cottage sits on a small bay, so there is almost no boat traffic. The water is warm and shallow. It is mucky on the bottom, so water shoes are a must, but deep enough for floating and clean/clear enough to swim & play. We were in the water for hours each day. There were also plenty of frogs to keep the kids and dog busy!
The cottage area is private and quiet. We loved the outdoor shower! (There is one inside too but outside was too fun!)
Two items for awareness: 1) it's a steep path to the lake - the steps are very well maintained and include a rail, but would be hard to navigate if you had mobility issues. 2) road to cottage is quite steep too. We had advance notice from owner and car wasn't an issue, but did limit amount of walking we could do from the cottage.
Nolan was great to work with - overall a beautiful cottage to visit!

The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking sunsets. Each evening, the sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colors, casting a warm glow over the tranquil waters of Gull Lake. It was a magical sight that left us in awe.
The cottage itself was cozy and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a welcoming ambiance. The host was incredibly gracious, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable.
During the day, we enjoyed swimming and boating. Whether we were on the water or relaxing on the shore, we felt completely at ease and rejuvenated by the natural beauty around us.
Overall, our stay at this cottage was wonderful. From the stunning sunsets to the warm hospitality, it was the perfect getaway. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting.

| If you're looking for a relaxing, waterfront nature escape at a great price, Gull Lake Treehouse is it!
The location is amazing, around a 2 hour drive making it a convenient cottage vacation. Loved the waterfront access and beautiful view of the lake from the upper deck. The sunsets were simply magical!
The cottage was stocked with everything I needed for my family getaway!
Really loved the outdoor cedar shower on a hot day :)
The canoe was great and well used loved that there was a nice paddle spot next to the cottage with lots of wildlife to be seen, especially birds!
We will definitely be back next year with the whole fam!
Don't forget to visit the town of minden while you're there. Lots of hidden gems in the area from hikes to restaurants.

| Always a delight to rent this cottage and be on this lake. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Nolan is great and hands on guy to deal with. It's my 3rd time. Top notch accommodations, best view ever of the lake and the sunsets are spectacular!! Accommodations great and up to date. Beds are sooo comfortable which makes the stay even better. Large dock for family and friends and a huge fire pit to enjoy an evening outside. They think of everything if you happen to forget something. Would highly recommend.
