access the snowmobile from the property. Beautiful 4 season private cottage house located on 230 feet of waterfront. Very private with 40 ft sundeck overlooking lake, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, BBQ, firepit, paddle board, Kayaks, canoe., life jackets. Two docks are located on property for your boats and swimming. Convenient walking distance to Smarts marina for gas, ice, boat rentals etc.

High efficiency propane furnace and wood stove for cozy cool nights Driveway is snowplowed through the winter.

An amazing cottage with lots of amenities and fantastic access to water. We really enjoyed staying for 3 days.
This was our second stay during the last 2 years.
Highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful. Clean. Loved it. Highly recommended . Lots of room. Quiet area. Host was very helpful. Traffic was good coming up. Right of the highway easy to get too.
