This beautiful vacation home is located on Chemong Lake, just 10- 15 minutes away from Peterborough and about 1.5 hours from Toronto. This all season, four bedroom cozy vacation home is ideal for those who are looking for a modern, very comfortable and well equipped 'home' on the lake, ideal for families up to 6 people.
The area around dock is not for swimming due to weed build up.
It is a Fisherman's paradise with ample opportunity to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, Carp, Muskellunge as well as a number of Panfish.
Sorry, No pets allowed. No smoking inside or within 9 meters of property.
This is not a "Party Cottage" - we do have close neighbours in this quiet haven, who we respect greatly. Please only rent this vacation home if you can do the same. Loud music, noise, foul language outdoors, smoking inside and on deck is strictly forbidden. Thank you for your understanding.
This vacation home is located in a quiet residential community so we ask that you respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 11 pm. This vacation property is meant for relaxation, unwinding, and enjoyment with family & friends!
Please do your best to treat the house with the same respect and care as you would do your own. Please keep noise outside and at the patio to a minimum. Any noise complaints will be strictly handled and will result in immediate eviction.
