This property offers easy ski in/ski out access to Sam's Ski hill in the Winter & bike in/bike out in the summer, along with ample hiking trails. Hike up Sir Sam's and enjoy a picnic with breath taking views. 10min walk to Eagle Lake beach / playground / boat launch. ATV & snowmobile trails galore. General Eagle Lake store offers anything from all your grocery needs, LCBO, deli & gas station only a 2 min drive. Suitable for multiple/large families!!

| The Hidden Porch at Sir Sam's is indeed a gem! It's spacious and nicely furnished with more than enough room to sleep our group of 9 people over the three floors. The cottage is beautiful with a large, well-equipped kitchen and a large table so the whole group can dine together. The beds are comfortable with all linens supplied. No need to worry about what to do on rainy days as the basement has bubble hockey, fooseball and arcade games, as well as television, a bar, games and puzzles. There's a firepit with lots of seating, plus a sauna and hot tub. There are two bonuses ? a very laid-back friendly dog that sometimes visits and a whole family of deer in the neighbourhood. Sir Sam's Inn is close by if you want to dine out, and the sandy beach is a short drive away as well.
