If you are looking for a real Muskoka cottage experience with big sunsets, great swimming and boating, Muskoka Haven has this and more. The cottage has a very large kitchen with modern appliances and a deck walk out. There is a wifi connected oven to let you explore your inner chef and an espresso maker for those morning lattes on the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked for those big cottage dinners with family and friends.
There are 4 good size bedrooms - 2 with balconies and 3 with cathedral ceilings. There are 4 decks so everyone can have a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors. A large living room to enjoy nightly games and a great fire pit with an amazing view over looking the lake. The living room has a wood stove to keep nights cozy and the stove has separate cooking areas so you can make bread in the wood fired oven! Or heat up some hot chocolate! The decks have heated outdoor furniture (yes its heated) so you can sit outside in the evening in comfort so star gaze or watch the fire.
The property is on a private cove with over 350 feet of water front in one of the best locations on Gloucester Pool with nightly sunsets. You can watch the sunrise from the morning deck as well. For boaters, you have access to the Severn waterway including Georgian Bay. You will not run out of areas to explore on the lake with miles of boating available. This cottage is also on over 7 acres with crown land to the back and side with lots of hiking and wildlife to see. There are nearby biking trails and a number of nearby small towns with restaurants and weekend events including Coldwater and Port Severn.
