Near several beaches along the shores of beautiful Georgian Bay, Rocky Shores has plenty of space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a great outdoor area and lots of entertaining space throughout, with its open concept living.
On the main floor a sunken living area is completed with a TV and fireplace. Located on the main floor is the first bedroom and bathroom with a shower. There is an expansive kitchen, with island bar seating, and a dining area complete with a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating.
The first bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a queen bed. Upstairs off the dining area there is the second bedroom with a king size bed and views over the bay, and a desk area (for those who have to check their email). The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with doubles.
The upstairs bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and includes a rainfall shower and two sinks. In the lower level is another inviting and cozy lounge area complete with a TV and fireplace.
Sliding doors lead to the deck area with a covered porch dining area and plenty of lounge space overlooking picturesque Georgian Bay. On the lakeside the yard consists of a level lawn and interlocking brick patio and sitting area, a fire pit, and steps to the rocky shoreline with a concrete ramp leading into the water.
Above the two-car garage is a games room great for the entire family, with an additional lounge and games area that includes karaoke for family fun nights. The loft area also has game's tables, a TV, washroom and fourth fireplace.
The rocky waterfront is not ideal for young children. Please note that the water can get quite choppy and is best suited for stronger swimmers. The swimming conditions are not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Children should always wear a lifejacket while in the water. Several beaches, Woodland Beach, Blue Water Beach, and Wasaga Beach -15 mins are all a short distance from the cottage and provide a great way to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach on a sunny day.
This spacious cottage is a great opportunity for guests to enjoy what this beach town has to offer.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am
**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
