Perfectly poised on the tip of a point with panoramic sunrise to sunset views, welcome to our cottage! Enter the main floor with an open concept floor plan including two living and 2 dining areas, walls of windows overlooking the lake and walk out to a lakeside deck. The primary bedroom with a king bed is also located on this floor with a semi private 2 piece bath. Laundry can be found just inside the front door. The kitchen has ample counter space, dishwasher, coffee maker, soda stream, panini press, microwave and an array of great pots and pans. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and 2 with twin trundle beds - these are snug if you use both beds but comfortable, there is also a 4 piece bath upstairs. The lower lake level has a large room that we call the teen hangout, it features a double bed, two couches an x-box, as well as the elliptical trainer. This room has two walk outs to the lake side of the cottage, where you can access the hot tub, the fire pit and the dock. Our land is true Canadian shield and water off the dock is very deep, there is no gradual entrance to the water, just a jump in or a ladder off the dock - but don't worry the water is a beautiful temperature. The dock is large and sprawling. Gold lake has multiple public launches. For water sports we have an array of floats and life jackets as well as two kayaks and a paddleboard. We are on a seven chain lake - check out the map in the front hall, there are many wonderful places to explore! Behind Blade island in little gold lake there is a jumping rock that the kids all go to. If you choose to rent with us our rental booklet provides all the options for fun on the lakes!! Buckhorn and Bobcaygeon are about 30 to 35 mins away and have all the supplies you need, grocery stores, pharmacy, LCBO, restaurants.

| Thanks Shawna for your quickly response . We have a wonderful long weekend in your cottage. I love the living room with 3 sides big windows, through that I can enjoy the beautiful gold lake view. The kitchen is amazing, everything I need I can found here. Even though the shower has a little problem, You send the handyman to fix it soon. We really appreciate it. There's not much fish but we play kayak instead of fishing. The gold lake water so clean for swimming and so deep for diving. It is very relaxing and quiet place to enjoy vacation with friends or family members.

| This was my second stay at Gold Inn and we will absolutely be back for a 3rd, 4th, 5th!! TBH we didn't want to leave.
So many thoughtful touches through the cottage, everything you could possibly need for a relaxing lakefront weekend at the ready: kayaks, inflatables, and most importantly, towels!!!
The house is large and comfortable, multiple sitting/lounge areas, and beds are super comfortable. We were a group of 6, more than enough room!
Highly recommend this cottage!!!

| We absolutely loved our stay at Gold inn over New Years, exactly what we needed and wanted. This cottage was the perfect size for the 3 families that stayed, and what a gorgeous view. There was room for the teenagers to have their own space in the basement, the men to watch all the sports they wanted and us girls who love to play games and have our own little dance party. The hot tub and wood stove were the icing on the cake! The cottage was clean and came with all the essentials possibly needed. Shawna was such a great host, responded quickly to all my many questions and was so easy to work with. It was such a great little getaway and so many great memories were made. I would recommend this cottage to anyone that just wants to get away and leave all their worries behind. Thank you so much!!!!

| We all loved our stay at Gold Inn. We walked in the door and it felt like home, sooo welcoming, spacious and clean. We were seven and were concerned about being cramped for space on rainy days but there were several rooms for relaxing, playing games or reading (nice library!) and seating enough for everyone. The views are spectacular. The swimming, diving off the dock and kayaking were brilliant and so many places to explore. We sat in a different location each night to watch the sunset and every one was beautiful, peaceful, such a treat, (the deck, dock, rock side, games room and last but not least the hot tub).Our hosts were communicative and quick to answer any questions that arose. The directions were easily followed to this lovely, home away from home. We will definitely look forward to another visit.

| Rented the accommodation for a couple of families to get together. This cottage was perfect. Lots of space so the group could spread out. Room for teens to go to their own space and get away from the adults, etc. The amenities were great. Kitchen is well appointed, and the utensils/pots etc. are of good quality. (I hate renting a cottage to find one garbage frying pan, or a spatula to small to actually use). It's clear the owners actually use the place themselves and it's kitted out accordingly. The dock is great. Almost everyone went in at some point, and two in the group went for a long paddle. I would highly recommend GoldInn for any group 4-10. Also, the owners are great to work with, easy to contact and attentive to anything that may come up. Thanks guys!
