Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, or come work from home (telework) from this Lakefront property situated only 30 minutes from downtown Ottawa, less than 1.5 hours west of Montreal. You'll have the whole property to yourself! Amazing views through large windows on both floors of this south facing home! Upon walking in you will quickly get why this cottage is named Belle-Vue!
This cottage is located on a quiet lake perfect for swimming, rock jumping or kayaking in the summer, or snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing in the winter. We have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (the system does not allow us to write 1.5 so 2 is written in the description).
We offer a new HOT TUB (open year round), and full services and inclusions. It is a home away from home: High speed Wifi (Fiber 1 Gbps), wood fireplace, amazing beach and dock (pedal boat, 16' canoe and 4 kayaks included), new fire pit looking onto the lake, 8 minutes from the quaint town of Perkins with a grocery store, Tim Horton's, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station and others. We like to cater to young families and as such offer a playpen, high chair, booster chair, kids books, sleds and other knick knacks. For 2024, we have a new huge 20ftx16ft patio/deck on the lake with covered gazebo for hours of lounging and mingling by the water!
Fresh paint throughout the interior of the cottage for an updated look, and a second large 14ftx16ft patio deck with an unbeatable view of the lake while you are having a BBQ with family and friends!
High speed 1 Gbps fiber internet provided so it is possible to host multiple teleworking adults at the same time as multiple children remote learning! We are very excited to be one of the few offering this, as well as Apple TV+, Disney+, Crave (HBO), Prime, Paramount+ and DAZN Sports, all for FREE!
Note: This is not a mansion-sized cottage, thus for groups of 6-8 adults we will be asking for more information about the group to ensure a great guest experience!

| This was our second time at this cottage, and once again, it did not disappoint! Great conversations were had, world problems were nearly solved, and a few snow angels were proudly made. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and the perfect setting for a weekend of fun and relaxation.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable ici! Notre petit groupe de collègues a pu célébrer la retraite d'une amie dans votre endroit si zen. Nous en avons profité pour faire de la raquette et du ski de fond sur le lac. Nous avons utilisé la patinoire pour pratiquer notre patin et se dégourdir un peu. Le foyer extérieur et intérieur étaient parfait pour se réchauffer et relaxer, sans oublié le spa! Parfait!

Thanks very much for hosting us at Bellevue. My sisters and I enjoyed the incredible lake view, watching a beaver swim bath and forth building a winter den, the ducks and geese. It was so peaceful. All of the extra thought you have put into your chalet makes for a very comfortable stay.

Moms & Daughters week away was wonderful. The weather cooperated, the setting was beautiful. We had such a lovely time together. Your home was welcoming + comfortable, what a gorgeous scenic place to relax & enjoy.
We were visited by a Blue Heron twice, the canoe and kayaks were used daily. Our moms were 81 and just loved going for a canoe ride, swimming and sitting by the water to enjoy the view. One of the daughters is a games creator and has donated one of her games ?Honeycombs Game? as a thank you. Enjoy!
We rested, had fun, and would definitely recommend.

| Great place for our get together for our family. We were 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. All had a wonderful week , enjoying the lake and all of the boats. The 3 year old learned to fish with her Dad off the dock and to toss the fish back into the water. The dogs loved the water and spent time chasing bumpers in the water.The facilities in the house were great and easy to find and use. A lot of thought was put into making our stay pleasurable.
