Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, or come work from home (telework) from this Lakefront property situated only 30 minutes from downtown Ottawa, less than 1.5 hours west of Montreal. You'll have the whole property to yourself! Amazing views through large windows on both floors of this south facing home! Upon walking in you will quickly get why this cottage is named Belle-Vue!
This cottage is located on a quiet lake perfect for swimming, rock jumping or kayaking in the summer, or snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing in the winter. We have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (the system does not allow us to write 1.5 so 2 is written in the description).
We offer a new HOT TUB (open year round), and full services and inclusions. It is a home away from home: High speed Wifi (Fiber 1 Gbps), wood fireplace, amazing beach and dock (pedal boat, 16' canoe and 4 kayaks included), new fire pit looking onto the lake, 8 minutes from the quaint town of Perkins with a grocery store, Tim Horton's, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station and others. We like to cater to young families and as such offer a playpen, high chair, booster chair, kids books, sleds and other knick knacks. For 2024, we have a new huge 20ftx16ft patio/deck on the lake with covered gazebo for hours of lounging and mingling by the water!
Fresh paint throughout the interior of the cottage for an updated look, and a second large 14ftx16ft patio deck with an unbeatable view of the lake while you are having a BBQ with family and friends!
High speed 1 Gbps fiber internet provided so it is possible to host multiple teleworking adults at the same time as multiple children remote learning! We are very excited to be one of the few offering this, as well as Apple TV+, Disney+, Crave (HBO), Prime, Paramount+ and DAZN Sports, all for FREE!
Note: This is not a mansion-sized cottage, thus for groups of 6-8 adults we will be asking for more information about the group to ensure a great guest experience!

| The cottage was impeccable and well situated.
The friendliness and professionalism of the hosts are excellent. They communicate very well and gave extra information needed to make our weekend easy. They are also set up for young children. | My family of four has rented from Seb and Julie twice now during the winter months for a few days of rest and relaxation, and that's exactly what we experienced.
