| We had a wonderful girls' weekend at this lakefront cottage! Our stay was relaxing, cozy and enjoyable with everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful lake views, lots of water sports, and close to Bon Echo Park and amenities. An evening by the fire pit was perfect, and the cottage comfortably fit our group.

| We had a wonderful stay at Beaver Lake Cottage. The views were amazing and the cottage was clean, rustic but well appointed. We are not big campers but everything we needed to know was outlined in the guide well in advance so we could ask any questions and be prepared for our visit. It's close to amenities and groceries so that was nice too. I picked this cottage for the view and the accessibility for my cane with no steps. I found my stay to be peaceful and I plan to return next year.

| We had a very nice time at the Beaver Lake cottage. Pros include:
-Wonderful deck right off the cottage and a second large deck closer to the water
-Easy access to the dock and lake with no stairs to worry about
-Kayaks, peddle boat, life jackets, water mat and more all provided
-The store is only a 5-minute drive away
-The owner was responsive to emails/messages and very helpful, allowing us access to the second bunkie to better accommodate us.
Beyond about 25-feet from shore, the lake is quite weedy, which was not a big problem, but we found that we preferred to swim either close to shore where it is shallow, or out in deeper water, to avoid the weeds. Also there are some things are not mentioned in the cottage listing that potential renters should be aware of:
-The cottage water is non-potable. You must supply your own water for drinking and cooking
-You need to purchase or provide your own propane for the barbeque
-You have to dispose of your own garbage/recycling, which requires purchase of special bags and then delivery to the landfill
-The loft is not a proper room, it is provided using the space between the rooms below and the roof above, so it is very small – the ceiling is about 4 feet high in the middle and tapers down to about 1 foot high on both sides. There are 2 mattresses in the loft and no furniture. Adding a photo of the loft to the listing would help.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time, but there are some downsides to be aware of.

| My family and I throughly enjoyed this cottage rental. When arriving it was tidy and clean, with electric fan in every room to keep us nice and cool. We all loved the water equipment especially the kayaks, paddle boat, and water mat since we spent majority of our time in the water. There were grocery stores nearby incase we ran out of necessities even though the cottage came with essentials already. Local cottage community were very friendly. Rogen was very helpful in addressing questions and concerns prior and during our stay rapidly. She also informed on what activities were happening in the area. We would definitely love to come back to stay.

| We had a great stay at this cottage! It's cozy, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The shallow waterfront area was ideal for kids to swim safely, with an easy entry and no weeds, which was a big plus.
The fishing was excellent, both from the shoreline and off the well-built dock, which made it easy to spend hours by the water. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly escape.
