The cottage includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining spaces. Outside, a spacious deck with seating is the perfect place to start your day with coffee while watching the water. Spend your days swimming, fishing, pedal boating, or simply enjoying the calm of the lake. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit and enjoy the stars.

The Property:
The cottage is a classic a-frame with high ceilings, big windows and natural wood finishes. It has a firepit area and our deck is ideal for star-gazing or taking in the natural surroundings. There is also a large lakeside gazebo with beautiful views of lake Winnipeg.
Recreational activities at the cabin include:
Swimming, pedal boat, for boat owners there is a boat launch only 10 minutes away.

Mill creek beaches
Matheson Island for trips to remote beaches, explore the caves of pine dock, experience lake winnipeg like you have never seen it.
Pine Dock Caves
or you can just relax at the property, peace and quiet is not something you have to seek out.
Cottage Amenities:
-1000 sq ft, open floor plan, can accommodate 8 people.
Living room:
-Plenty of comfortable seating, 45" tv, dvd player, bluetooth speaker, gaming system, sectional sofa with hide-a-bed (sleeps additional 2), large wingback chair, ottoman, ceiling fan, and wood burning stove
Kitchen/dining:
Separate open concept kitchen and dining area, island in kitchen with stools, full fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, baking sheet, roasters, kettle, water dispenser (8 gallons water supplied), kitchen utensils, cookware, kitchen cloths/towels, paper towels and dish soap and cleaning supplies will be supplied.
Bathroom:
-shower/bathtub, vanity, toilet, toilet paper, hand soap and towels supplied
3 bedrooms:
-Principal: queen bed, dresser, chair, large closet, ceiling fan, landline phone
-Second: queen bed, side table, closet and ceiling fan
-Third: bunk bed with trundle, closet, chair, view of the lake.
Sunroom:
- additional fridge, futon, and a collection of board games for adults and kids, puzzles, cards and other activities.
Outdoor features:
- large deck with outdoor bar, adirondack chairs and bbq (propane provided), 12x12 screened in gazebo with a large patio dining table and chairs situated lakeside, fire pit area, inflatable island for hanging out in the lake and pedal boat
Additional information:
there is no smoking nor vaping in the cabin or sunroom.
bath and dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap, and garbage bags are all provided.
Internet: Starlink wifi
Water: The water for the cabin comes directly from a well. there is a water cooler with 2 water jugs of filtered water provided.
Hot water: It has a standard 40 gallon water heater, just like you find in most homes
Heating: There is a wood burning stove, electric baseboard heating in all the rooms except the sunroom. the kitchen ceiling fan also has a heater function.
Cooling: there is a portable air conditioner in the living room and ceiling fans in most rooms.
