| We had a great week at this cottage in August of 2023. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 little ones, 3 years of age and younger. The trampoline was a big hit with all the kids, young and old. We were able to use the kids kayaks in the shallow water, just pushing the little ones around. They loved it. The sitting area by the water is beautiful, afternoon sun with the opportunity to sit in the shade if you wish to do so. We had a little kiddie pool set up on the deck and it kept everyone occupied. The swinging rope was a great destination by kayak for a fun afternoon for the adults. The cottage is beautiful, ample space, with the living room as well as the separate sunroom. The latter one was a great space for someone to have some quiet time. Everything was clean and well taken care off. Lots of towels and bed linens were available. Kitchen was well stocked. And the big island allowed for many hands to help prepare meals. The main cottage sleeps 10 people, in 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is the bunkie, which will need to be finished yet, something Bryan is planning to do this fall. This will improve the comfort when using the bunkie as a bedroom. Currently it gets pretty warm inside on hot days and the morning sun will wake you pretty early. Bryan was a great host and always available by text if needed. He will respond to any requests very quickly. And he was very quick in returning the security deposit. We had a great week with our family!

| Our extended family stayed at this cottage for one week. Our grands caught fish right from the dock. Our youngest grand ( 5 year old ) mastered kayaking by herself with a life jacket on. Other fun activities included board games, the trampoline, crafts netflix and wii. Yet the the kids still had energy for smores at the campfire. Beds comfortable and decor lovely. Hope to book next year!

| We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2022. We were a group of 11 including 4 young children. We had a lovely time, the cottage was perfect for us, incredible views, clean, not too far from Toronto. The lake was lovely to swim in, the kids never got bored. Would definitely stay here again.

| Amazing family vacation!! The indoor space was a perfect balance of the "cottage life" feel with total comfort and accommodations. We had 2 families with kids and had ample space, great sleeping arrangements, and the sunroom was the perfect grown up getaway!
The waterfront property was equally amazing! It's on a nice quiet cove, with a huge deck to max and relax. We were out tubing, fishing and swimming every day and the water was beautiful! The location on the Trent-Severn waterway was great for fishing and day trips.
The owners could not have been better! The cottage is fully stocked for cooking, super clean and they were incredibly helpful and responsive to questions.

| Our stay at this cottage was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish Bryan (the owner), went over and above to ensure our family had the most enjoyable vacation. Everything from walking us thru the cottage upon arrival to show us the ropes, to sending us information of activities and sights that our teenage daughters would enjoy. The spacious cottage is fresh and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need and more. Beds in all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. We experienced one morning of rain, at no point were we left wondering what to do. Plenty of board games, books, magazines, dvd's, along with a comfy Muskoka room to keep us entertained. Outside was just as glorious , great view of the quiet lake on the deck for outdoor dining, water toys, 2 docks, several Muskoka chairs to enjoy all day sunshine. At night a fire pit for the necessary s'mores. Our family will most definitely be return customers.
